Very quiet place with a beautiful view. The golf course looked very nice too, though I didn't have opportunity to play.

the swimming pool opens too late in the morning (11:00 AM) and *WAY* too early at night (7:00 PM???). It made it impossible for us to enjoy the amenity, since we were in Madrid most of the day.

Best room I have ever stayed in. Quality in finishing materials translates into a very nice room.

Lovely location, comfortable and spacious rooms, lovely terraces, restaurant dishes really good (great value/money by the restaurant)

Breakfast is ironic.... SPA/saunas off all time Gym in the darkness, lights off We asked for late check-out and we were told Not Possible (not even 1 hr) cause another guest was checking in. Remark: there are 100 rooms, 96/97 of which were empty....overall value for money is not worth it

The only thing we liked about this room was the bathroom. That is all.

The beds were hard as a rock. We all woke up with back aches every morning. The room was hot as well, it did not get cold enough to have a solid sleep. There was no iron or ironing board in the room. When they brought up the iron, the bottom was rusted and old. There is no microwave in this hotel either. And the laundry service was over $125 euros for 1 small bag of clothes! And the pool was only opened from 12pm to 8pm. The pool area seemed old and not well taken care of. There were cobwebs near the empty bar area. And the umbrella stands were dirty and worn. The steps were old and needed replacing. Oh and no drinks were allowed in the pool area. The staff was cold and not welcoming and the sitting area in the lobby was dark and looked like a ghost town. There weren't that many people staying at the hotel. The parking lot look like a ghost town. The tennis courts looked abandoned. Housekeeping did make our beds everyday, that was a plus. Also, 1 of us chose to golf and there was no water available throughout the course on a 95 degree day. If you are going to golf, bring your own water and lots of it. Breakfast was subpar as well. I swear it was like a ghost town in this hotel. Its off the beaten path as well, not that bad but way off the highway. No stores or anything next door or within walking distance. Off the beaten path with nothing in walking distance. We knew this in advance and used Uber to explore nearby towns.

great rooms with amazing views of the golfcourse - Huuuge bed:-) very comfortable. Big bathroom with everything you need, great towels. Good breakfast - simpel, but with quality products. The pictures does not do this property justice - it is very cool. Reception very helpful:-)

Could have used coffee machine in the room og kettle to make tea/coffee.

The hotel is beautiful. The wide halls with stone tiles and huge windows overlooking the golf fields are stunning. The feel of the hotel is very rich and grand. The rooms are very spacious and nicely decorated. The bathroom is very big and has a shower and a bathtub. The room was clean. Breakfast was good and had a lot of choices, eggs, ham, cheese, cereal, fruit...

The hotel is nearby Alcala de Henares but you definitely need a car to go anywhere which can be a drag. The mattresses and pillows on the beds could be a little more comfortable..

The room was very modern and pleasant, especially the bathroom, which had a bath and waterfall shower. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.

The air conditioning would not blow cold, so the room was very warm and stuffy. The nearby train line is very loud, especially with the window open to let some fresh air inside, but even with the window closed, the trains disrupted my sleep. The breakfast was ok, but a bit limited.

The staff are super friendly, rooms are a good size and the beds are massive. Breakfast was a small buffet and all the food was fresh, the restaurant was reasonable priced and value for money. Super quiet location

Nice big room with huge bathroom (2 sink one shower and also had bath.) the bed was confy and clean as well as the room. has toothbrush tissues and coomb as well as minibar in the room they dont charge for room service if you order food.has great air con system. very friendy stuff.

Restaurant closes at 10:00 so no adalucian style dining. They would need a warmer blancket for the winter month as they use the summer ones so that was cold. It is far from evwrything so you need a car or taxi to go anywhere. There is no sound prrof on corridors so in the mornings you hear the cleaning trolley running around that may wake you up

Everything! We stayed here overnight and it was right off the highway and very close to the airport. Excellent location.

The rooms are a good size and it is a clean modern hotel. It would have been great but….

It was noisy at night. There were two of us in separate rooms and we were working nearby during the day. About every hour between 2am and 5am there was terrible banging which we think was someone arranging there patio chairs on the veranda at night. This happened all three nights on the final night it was so bad my coworker and I were wide awake at 3am. We told the hotel on checking out and they completely denied it suggesting we were making it up. What, two of us in separate rooms! We were not looking for money off just wanted a better experience for other guests. We are going back next month but will find alternative accommodation.

Beautiful modern rooms with amazing shower and a luxurious bath that you can lie in and see out to the golf course. Very comfortable big bed. Nice big balcony. Great parking, very large parking for hotel guests and separate parking for golf course visitors. Hotel just off the moterway so very easy to get access by car/motorcycle.

Very noisy hotel air con unit broken on roof right above our room woke us up several times during the night had very poor sleep. Told reception staff but not offered a solution. Poor soundproofing between rooms and balcony doors. Swimming pool was closed even through it said it was open on bookings.com very disappointed as only reason we went. Food was ok. Hotel seems an afterthought to golf course. Gym was down a very long dark corridor and was mediocre.

The pool was closed thats why we booked to stay there wouldn't let us cancel to go to another hotel with a pool. Booking .com would but staff there wouldnt
