Although the wellness centre exceeded our expectations in terms of equipment, it is a bit too expensive to rent itOn the other side, the fitness centre/area is very basic and located in an unsuitable place (corridor)Contrary to the staff in the reception, the staff in the restaurant was slightly lucking friendlinessThe food in the restaurant and at the breakfast should be much improved, our impression was that it has been done from very basic and cheap ingredients, the taste was often quite poor. In addition, there has been no consistency in the food preparation, the same salad looked different every evening.

I think my partner and I said "wow" about 1000 times. Staying in this building with these views is crazy. Such a beautiful spot. Hotel was amazing, very cosy and comfortable.

Cannot fault much except we were looking forward to using the sauna, but did not realise this was an additional €25.

The location of the hotel is fantastic and as its quite remote, its good to have a restaurant and cafe right there. The room was big and comfortable with nice views from the window. The room has a smart TV and the bathroom came with the essential toiletries. The breakfast was buffet style with hot drinks and orange juice, scrambled and fried eggs, bacon strips and choices of pastries and bread.

Our room was right above the restaurant so during dinner time and breakfast time it was very noisy as we can hear constant chairs and table moving and we could also hear the people in the corridors so its not quite sound proof.

Parking a walk from the hotel though we could offload outside the door. Parking space is tighter on weekends or in holiday periods

The perfect view, breakfast, client service. The whole facility makes a huge impression.

The hilltop location of the hotel provided an awesome view both in the evening sunset and in the morning when the mountain mist was rolling by. The hotel and complex was interesting to walk around and explore.The hotel staff really added to our stay; they were genuinely interested in what our plans were and responded with some really useful information.Access to Bilbao from the hotel was very straightforward.

Our room was simple, but very modern and super-sufficient. The shower and bathroom were spotless and just what we needed after a long journey.In fact, there was nothing that we didn't like so top marks to the hotel !!

The building and the area were stunning. The staff were really lovely and helpful.

The location is quite good for hiking, with several routes taking off from the location of the hotel.The dinner offer is good, with great food and attentive staff. The staff at the reception is equally attentive and friendly.

The rooms do not have air conditioning and at night I had to keep the window open, with the natural trade off that I had to accept some street noise.In the restaurant some aspects on the upkeep of the tables and chairs needs attention.

I felt like I had arrived in a fairy tale. This was near the beginning of my Ignatian Camino. I had walked far and was tired. To hear the bells welcoming me was a gift. To open the window of my room to overlook the valley was incredible. Staff were helpful, welcoming. The food was outstanding.

Excellent location for hiking and trails

The room was small and the central lamp was missing. The only light in the room was a small lamp by the bed. The air conditioning did not work and the bathroom was not ventilated.

The valey where the hotel is located is really nice and I’ll be back to do some trekking.The hotel room was spacious and well equipped and the night was quiet.The staff at the reception and the hotel was really friendly and attentive.

The offer for dinner is very limited and I ended up eating at the hotel. The food was OK but the restaurant was way too hot and I could not help but noticing that the cleaning on the room can improve.The actual building complex in which the hotel is integrated is not something I’d recommend as a motivation to visit.The room although well equipped shows signs that it needs some maintenance.

Staff, breakfast and location. The price is very economic for what you get. Next time I ‘ll be visiting the surroundings.

Staff were very friendly, it was very clean but basic.

Hotel entrance was not easy to find, it was not obvious were to go from the main parking area. The locator via Booking.com send us the wrong way, the sanctuary area is big. Dining option at the sanctuary are limited.
