We were asigned a Room for doabled people , and bathroom floded evert time we took a shower

Spa, beach. Sauna, hammam, sea salt grotto, pool, peace and serenity.

Location, common areas, rooms , everything, my second time there , and I’ll be back !

The location was incredible—right on the beach and very walkable to nearby restaurants and shops.The staff worked hard to provide guests with a warm and welcoming stay. We appreciated the thoughtful gestures, such as bottled water for our car trip, the welcoming drink, and the thoughtful turndown service. The bed was very comfortable, and so was the room.

The location was great with direct access to the ocean, the view was incredible but what stood out was the service we received. The staff there goes beyond and above and this makes the experience truly the best.

Nothing not to like

We didn’t take breakfast. The restaurant location and decor is exceptional.

The restaurant service on Christmas Eve was not the best. I understand the difficulties, but the service could have been better.

Amazing location, right on the beach. Spotlessly clean. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Beautiful hotel.

The Hotel is located directly at the busy promenade of SJdL. It features a nice lounge area outside as well as restaurant tables. Both great to see the sunset. the staff was very friendly.

the gym is basic. the spa had few lounge chairs and is very dark. the aqua bike course was fun.

The location and the spa were excellent. The staff were very helpful and nice.

The ceilings in our room were very low

Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Super location on the beach next to the promenade.Short stroll to the town with plenty of shops and good restaurants. Very relaxing stay with a superb range of quality and choice of food at breakfast.

We were not keen on our evening meal could of been our choices although the dining room itself is plush and the service was faultless.

Couldn’t fault the hotel in any way. Staff accommodation and facilities were superb. The pool area was well worth a visit. Very calm and relaxing. Breakfast was excellent, catering well for people with food intolerances.

Large room with chairs for 2. Big screen TV that was easy to attach our Roku device. The spa was delightful with great staff. The location was incredible.

The extra deep tub in our room was too high for us to easily climb into, so if you are of a certain age - beware. Bathroom lighting was not great though there was a makeup mirror.

The service from start to finish was impeccable and facilities are excellent.Dinner was outstanding!

Rooms were small and next time we would definitely book a sea view

Great location by the beach and lots of restaurants & shops. The hotel building is historic & beautiful with a lovely terrace & restaurant. The bedroom was small which was expected with a comfortable bed. The bathroom very small with a shower in the bath which was very difficult to get into (weird sloping bath) this could be a problem for many people (I consider myself fit & agile but found it difficult). The air conditioning needs attention as very smelly. Coffee machine & water provided. The Spa was a little disappointing (again didn’t have that lovely Spa smell & felt a little cold) although I didn’t have any treatments due to the extortionate prices - there are places in the town which are more reasonable. All of the staff were excellent, very professional and friendly

Very small awkward bathroom and smelly air conditioning. Not great value overall

The room was very nice. I had a view of the beach.

We were traveling with children and it was quite unsuitable. Children can only use the pool for a few hours a day and must use it quietly.

The location was perfect and the staff really helpful

Very nice hotel, well situated on the beach, friendly staff and great breakfast.

The massage at the spa was average.
