The location. Also the ladies on reception were exceptional.

No way to buy anything to eat or drink except by walking 20 minutes to store. They could provide a vending machine.

Door between the entry/foyer and the bedroom. There was a coffee machine in the foyer, so I could sit there with the door closed and have coffee and breakfast while my wife slept.

The double bed was two singles on a double frame. That's never as good as a true double. One side of the bed had a dip in it that made it a little uncomfortable.

It is a great hotel, we loved our room with the ocean view. Everything worked well and the atmosphere was nice. Good breakfast.

Excellent customer service. Very clean rooms. Lovely pool.

First greeting by two young women at reception started us on a high, so welcoming and warm. One demonstrated how to use the bus system, which is very handy for getting to town. These two really set a positive tone for our entire stay. Just five minutes from Beach Erromardie, a lively site. Nice place to watch surfers, paragliders, food truck and fruit/vegetable stand across the road. Quiet, parkland setting. Bistros on beach.

Minor point: the laundry is quite far back on property. I could have used a chair to sit and read while waiting. I appreciated an easy to use laundry on site.

The staff was very nice and the terrace was spacious with lovely views. There was underground parking and easy access to play equipment for our little one. The location was close to nice walks and the beach as well as a few restaurants. Excellent value and would certainly visit again.

There wasn't much access within walking distance to convenience shops or groceries. Perhaps there are more options in high season! Camping site next door was loud, but they usually quiet down around 10-11pm.

Roomy, bright and a lovely balcony to sit on!

Comfortable bed, free underground parking, about half hour walk into town

our room overlooked the main driveway into the complex but with the sliding door closed and aircon going it was quiet.

Staff were extremely helpful & friendly, always finding solutions for any of our requests.Location was very good - a short walk to Erromardie beach & about 30 mins walk to Centre of St. Jean de Luz.

Shower head kept slipping down in the bathroom (although shower pressure itself was quite good). Double bed was effectively 2 single beds joined together - hard spot in the middle.Unfortunately, as we arrived in late September, the outdoor pool was closed (although we had some nice sunny days).

Near the Ocean, well staffed, parking underground. Beds very comfortable, shower was good. Mini fridge and coffee maker was nice too. And lovely restaurant on site.

Absolutely nothing!

Our room was fabulous. Lovely balcony overlooking the pool and with a sea view. Very spacious and airy, spotlessly clean and well appointed bathroom etc. Nespresso coffee was a lovely addition. The bed was huge and so comfortable. Had a fantastic nights sleep after a long drive.

Nothing to dislike.

It's cleanliness, location, the hospitality of the receptionists, the compound, and ease of transportation.

The television can not be connected to the wifi so as to watch our own movie. So it was disappointing.

Very comfortable room, lovely restaurant area and pool, very close to a cute alcove beach, close to Bidart and Saint Jean de Luz

We booked this hotel because the pictures of the balcony with the beautiful views and that is why we paid a premium price…however the room we were given had a view of the drive and a wall and was not private at all…so was a little disappointed. The pictures of the selected room on the website booking should be reflective to what you will be getting.

Location (by the beach). Tracks to go running/walking

Standard hotel. Bath (quality of towels, broken shower) not up to the minimum standard

Location wasn’t bad-decent walk into main city and close to beach.

We were on the ground floor in a wheelchair accessible room which was not nice and the bathroom floor tiles slippery for young children. We arrived late and expected the restaurant to be shut but there was no food or snacks available after a travelling.

Great location for access to St Jean de Luz 40 minutes walk and Beiritz a good walk or an excellent bus service. Supermarket within 15 mins walk. Beach bars and sea. Great pool and above all very very kind and helpful staff. From the Manager down except the Bar man

The CONSTANT NOISE from the holiday site next door They had a guy shouting on a microphone at 9.00 in the morning and then from 12.00 midday for 2 hours with thumping music and then from 20.00 to midnight EVERY night. We could not wait to leave because of this. It wasn't music it was a guy shouting for 3 minutes and then 2 minutes of music. It was very loud in the hotel grounds.The barman was rude and uninterested. I speak good French, and even then, he was awkward and not inviting.We paid top rate for our room and the shower was a " wet room shower " but when you used it the water didn't run into the drain so the whole bathroom was very very dangerous to use after that. The bathroom also smelt of urine and wasn't cleaned very well.

Clean and tidy

Restaurant on site didn’t open for dinner or breakfast, they said not enough customers but they didn’t let us know until we went for dinner then turned us away

The rooms were comfortable and the bed was to our liking. We booked in for evening meal and breakfast and enjoyed both. The service and staff were first class. The choice for breakfast was good whilst the choice for evening meal was limited. However they were both very enjoyable.
