- Nice big comfy room good location and very nice bike storage in parking garage
- Great location, good value, very comfortable and spacious
- It is on the camino, centrally located, clean sheets and towels. I had complimentary bottled water and coffee, it had an elevator. Dinner and breakfast were available; the hotel is next to a churros place, close to restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacy. Antonio the receptionist was really nice and welcoming. I would recommend this place!

Convenient location, clean, friendly staff

The location was great! Right on the Camino and. Very close to restaurants. They were very nice. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. The personnel were also nice and helpful.
The bathroom had a large window with a sheet type of blind. The bathroom was i erlooking the terrace and food terrace so if there was anyone outside they would be able to look in your bathroom through the sheer window shade. You could see outside while in the shower. At night we didnt turn the light on. The breakfast was ok. It was a buffet and the eggs were hard and dry and slightly green from sitting in the pan.
Great location. Clean room. Comfortable beds.
The a/c in the room does not work properly. It was to hot for me and didn't get enough rest after waking so many times feeling hot. No matter how I set it, the temp remained hot. And yes, I walked the camino already tired.
The location and very comfortable room with extra chair and desk
Clean, comfortable and the massage was an added bonus for tired feet!
Perfectly located in town center but nicely insulated from traffic noise etc. nice small but comfy lobby and dining area. Small but very well appointed modern room. Great staff (shout out to the last serving the evening meal!). Great value. It’s perfect for a one night stop on the Camino.
Very little.
Beautiful new property that was very clean and such a comfortable bed! Breakfast was extra but a very nice buffet with lots of choices. The windows are huge and offer great views for people watching and yet when window are closed, it is nice and quiet. Even when festivities are going on. Amenities include hair conditioner and shampoo, the first of our trip! Lots of lighting options and outlets to charge devices without unplugging anything. Coffee machine in the room. Elevator works well even with many guests.
Having someone at reception during daylight hours and mornings would be nice.
It was new, modern, clean, and comfortable. Had laundry area available which is good if you're hiking the Camino like we were.
There were a few staff (mostly the late night) that were a bit rude. Not horrible, but not as nice as they should've been for this nice of a hotel.BTW, if you're going to get a massage and you're from the US, just be prepared it's not at all like it is here. Technique was VERY different. The masseuse was VERY polite and respectful and actually went out of his way to find us the next day at the adjacent Cafe to bring us a few pieces of the special wood they put in the giant Botafumeiro at the cathedral in Santiago de Compostela. He was very humble and serving and kind. Just a bit of an unusual massage technique.
Location was perfect. Walk to anything you need. Perfect for a stop if you are on the Camino and want a quiet night's sleep.
Comfortable stay for the Camino. They had laundry machines down stairs that you can pay for and use. The breakfast was nice! I appreciated the egg option.
A/C. Elevator. Large room. Excellent staff.
Everything! Great central location right on the Camino with a delicious Italian restaurant a few doors down for dinner and a farmacia down the street. It was so nice to have laundry facilities downstairs - two washers and two dryers for €4 each including laundry soap and each cycle took about 20 minutes which was great because there were a lot of pilgrims lined up to do laundry! Gorgeous room with dual aspect windows facing the tree-lined square and the roundabout. Lovely soft pillows and luxurious bedding and a very comfortable queen bed. I had a wonderful sleep. Also air conditioning which was perfect as there was a heat wave.
Rooms were modern, clean, comfortable. There are washers and dryers for use by Pilgrims, very handy!
Elevator was slow. I tried to reserve dinner weeks ahead for our group; we were told to do it on the day and then it turned out another group had reserved the tables ahead of us.
Great location, nice rooms — a/c was great on a hot day! The people who work here are super friendly and helpful!!
Very nice, new & clean
The only improvement would be to make the main pillows more comfortable. They were very thin & offered no support when sleeping.
Nice , very comfortable , very well located . The office staff , very nice and well informed
The receptionist : incredible . He said our reservation was not there : the account belongs to the travel agent but the rooms were in our names , we had the reservation number , the online check in had been made . The agent spent hours in the morning clearing this with the office staff and yet the receptionist , speaking vweerg slowly and playing veeeery stupid , had us there for a while saying : Nooo, no reservation . Then as an apology he comped us a bottle of terrible wine - being that the region is famous for good wines he gave us a horrible one . These people should be sent home where they can do no harm
Staff is great from front desk to cleaning ladies and waitress. Nice breakfast. Great rest on the Camino
