This is THE BEST location in Crete to see the island. We had amazing Bakery breakfasts nearby and A fantastic CLEAN Suite and pool. The Beach was quite calm but do bring water shoes as we did. The vibe is Perfect for a young family like ours. Mr George and his staff are just so very warm and welcoming- it felt like our own place on the beach.

Absolutely faultless property. Rooms were stunning - so modern with everything you could want. Decor was cool and chic and the views to the sea were perfect. The ideal spot to watch sunset too! The location was perfect - quiet and in the middle of Chania and Heraklion and not far from Rhethymo! We loved it. Cool bars and restaurants just a short drive away. Its own private beach and the on site restaurant is stunning! DO get the breakfast - it was so worth it. We loved it all.

Great place. Everything is ultra clean, the stuff was nice and pleasant. The nearby beach and restaurant were excellent.

A bit far from the city center

Everything. Location, owner, the nice way he expected us, the view, the room, the beds. There is nothing to complain. It is a wonderful hotel, wonderful location.

Staff were super helpful and very welcoming from the moment I arrived. The rooms are spotlessly clean and have all the amenities one requires.

My one piece of advice for anyone staying here is make sure to bring a car.

Staff were very friendly and could not do enough for you. Restaurant was great with amazing sunset views. Room was immaculate and cleaned every dayLocal bus was 2 euros into Rethymnos. Local coffee shop and bakery.

Brand new, spacious apartment with excellent facilities. Wonderful restaurant on the beach. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Beach is quite rocky

We were greeted very warmly by the service staff and owner and realized that they are a good team and work hand-in-hand. The rooms all seem rather large and comfortable. We really enjoyed the great breakfast and the peace and quiet on the beach. The slightly larger hotel right next door didn't bother us at all. (However, their beach area is much more crowded.) The hotel's own parking lots are great and definitely worth mentioning. We would love to come back anytime!The hotel is centrally located for excursions in all directions, especially to Rethymnon.

I was disappointed by the beach as I wanted to swim but it is not a sandy beach but rocky with too much stones! Also This is a little hotel, more to have a quiet time and far from Rethymno if you don’t have a car.

This place is simply magical, the food in the restaurant is superb, the staff is super friendly and attentive, the room was comfortable and fully equipped, the beach and the pool are wonderful and everything is super accessible and close. Supermarket, bakery and cafe walking distance. We travelled with a 2 year old toddler and it was just everything we were looking for and more, highly recommend this hidden gem!

Everything! This was our second time staying there! Will definitely return again! We love the beach, the pool, the bathrooms, the comfortable beds and all the facilities! The restaurant and the parking are also great! We enjoyed ourselves ?

Nothing whatsoever!

The room was clean, comfortable and their hospitality truly stood out. What really made our stay special was the hotel’s restaurant. The food was simply amazing—each dish was delicious and beautifully presented. The restaurant staff were incredibly friendly. One thing to note is that the beach is quite rocky. I highly recommend bringing sea shoes.

Beach could be a bit cleaner

Very beautiful apartments and also extremely clean. Not busy and very relaxing atmosphere. Staff was fantastic, everyone incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and abundant, you could skip lunch after breakfast. Small swing and slide for small children was conveniently located nearby the restaurant. Very child friendly location.

Great attitude and hospitality of every member of this small team.The room was super comfortable and amenities were good. The hidden gem is their sea side restaurant - great for a dinner and sunset view. Their food is the best I’ve had in Crete and they hold a very impressive wine collection

We’re sad to be checking out of Eleven today, we’ve had a wonderful few days here. Thoughtfully designed with high quality fittings, the rooms are fresh and cool to return to after a day on the quiet little beach. The pool area is modern and very nice. The location is great with a bakery and coffee shop and supermarket which are walkable, and it’s only a few minutes by car into Rethymno. But the winning feature for us was the restaurant! Beautiful food, excellent service, great views… we were really looked after. We appreciate how fantastic the service at both the hotel and restaurant was… we would not hesitate to return here!!! Thank you Eleven staff you are brilliant, professional, and so friendly!!!

This place is amazing. The accommodation was great with a balcony overlooking the pool. Parking was at the back of the place and was always available. The staff were friendly and available. The place had its own restaurant overlooking the beach where we had an excellent breakfast which was included in our price. We also ate there 3 days in a row for dinner and everything we had was so good and the owner and staff were very attentive. The prices to the food quality, the service was exceptional. The sea view and watching the sunset from this place was a bonus. It was a fantastic finish to our holiday.Thank You.
