Although a technician was sent, the issue remained unresolved, and we had to rely on a fan throughout our stay.•We were unable to book the à la carte restaurants due to very limited availability, leaving the main dining area as the only option.•The rooms had recurring issues with insects, which caused discomfort at night.

We had an excellent stay! The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming throughout our visit. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything we could have needed for a relaxing holiday. The food was absolutely amazing in all of the restaurants — every meal felt like a real treat. We especially appreciated that everything was included, so we didn’t have to spend any extra money during our stay. Overall, it was well worth the money, and we’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful experience.

Unfortunately, upon arrival we were taken to a different room than the one we booked. We had booked and even paid extra to upgrade to a swim-up room with a pool directly in front, but instead were given a non–swim-up room. When we raised the issue, we were told the pool “next to the room” counted as swim-up. We had a heated argument, as there were no photos of this type of room in the listings, and it felt misleading. After insisting this was unacceptable, we were eventually moved to the correct room we had originally booked. This left us with the impression that the hotel might first try to place guests in less desirable rooms and only move them if they complain, which felt unprofessional. We had to speak with two managers — the first was dismissive and unhelpful, while the second finally apologized and arranged the correct room. Unfortunately, this rocky start began our vacation on a stressful note. They did try to fix this after but still I am not happy with the fact that they sell those rooms with no photos as a "swim-up".

Excellent facilities, staff and pools / drinks options

Food wasn’t top quality, expected better given the quality of the hotel

Wonderful stay probably the best all inclusive with variety of options and the greco farm was such a treat off property.

Loved everything about the hotel. The attention to detail, the staff service levels, the restaurant options and the facilities provided like kids pool, kids activities and evening shows was very good!It was a stunning property, well maintained. It’s a fantastic place for family and relaxed holidays. Very spacious. Definitely recommend. We did not get bored with the food as an all inclusive experience and it is value for money spent!

Honestly nothing.

Staff were super, great attitudes, very helpful. Loved the option of playing in the ocean, beautiful scenery for every meal, and some basic activities for the kids if they wanted something more.

Read the fine print regarding their restaurants. One of the main reasons we picked this location, as we were new to Crete, was the number and variety of their dining options. When we arrived, we were informed we were unable to access two of the restaurants and a third has no availability during our five night stay. They then proceeded to make it feel like it was our fault for not reading the fine print. Not a great way to approach it. Lastly, if you get a room without a sea view, the road is rather loud and distracting. We had a sea view and it was fantastic. Just felt bad for those that did not.

The best all-inclusive experience I’ve ever had. From the amazing staff, to the wonderful food options and wide variety of premium cocktails and selection of wines.

Water temperature in the pool was a bit cold (end of April)

Cleanliness & the staff

Since it is all inclusive, you get access to a full buffet which isn’t that great quality. (Mainly lunch & Dinner buffet) the restaurants were better quality.

Fantastic, enjoyed very much

The only slightly dissapointing thing was experience at the fine dining “adults only” restaurant. Wasn’t worth it, staff wasn’t nice. All other restaurants were amazing and so much better!

Beautiful, great facilities and friendly staff. Unbelievably kind to upgrade us to the villa, made the stay.

Hard to get a bed by the pool

We returned to the White Palace this year after a great stay last year. Its just fab in every way - food is amazing, staff are great, the pools and bars are gorgeous. Highly recommend it.

Restaurants were fantastic, buffet restaurant had lots of choice and variation day to day, room was very spacious and clean, staff very friendly and helpful, overall a very clean hotel. Would highly recommend.

Nothing. The beach wasn't so great or big but the water is clean and clear and warm. Perfect for taking a swim to cool off.

Food was good, same with the drinks. Service was good overall. Pools were very nice. Beach was nice too. Room was good, beds were very comfy!

Sadly some of the bar staff attitude was off at times, same goes with the staff at the secondary pool - I felt awkward asking them for things as they had an attitude + service was non existent at times (off peak too). Bit of a fight finding sun beds on some days (I can’t imagine how it is in peak time).

We booked this hotel to celebrate our wedding in Crete and they went above and beyond to make it memorable for us. The complimentary upgrade was the icing on the cake.

Everything. The staff was friendly, the hotel very clean. We received a warm welcome. Everything was just perfect! It is exactly like the pictures you see on the website.
