- Everything was great
- The location is perfect, the palace turned hotel has been beautifully preserved to reflect both traditional and modern elements, the room was huge with high ceilings, immaculate, and just absolutely stunning, and the staff friendly!
- Location was good, nicely situated to walk around and went the extra mile to assist us as needed. Great concierge and follow up on all our asks and needs.
Cons -
- The parking space is a bit tight.
- Small issue, we booked two rooms but failed to place them next to each other, this tends to be an Ouse when booking with booking.com it seems as has happened several times if booked through them.
