- Location was the only good thing about this place.

Cons -
- No decor in the room, no pictures, not even fake flowers, nothing. But that was still - ok, sad but okish. Uncomfortable bed and lukewarm in the (early) evening was not ok. But the worst thing was the service at breakfast. I wasn't that hungry so didn't eat much and wanted to take a sandwich with me but the bodyguard-like, smileless breakfast lady stopped me, and loudly said it was not allowed. I felt like a sandwich thief. I've never experienced such a treatment, and I regularly stay at various hotels all over Poland, and beyond. Staff at decent hotels would be allowed to make such comments to their customers, and it's not like I've taken a whole basket of things! You often take an apple, a yoghurt with you, and some places even offer their customers to make a cup of coffee or tea with them. And it's not that that breakfast was free - one had to pay for it, and it was quite expensive for what was offered at breakfast! I highly NOT recommend this hotel! Worst customer service ever! There's no jazz there, only sadness.
