Price. Refrigerator in room was nice.

The bed was very hard.

In pictures hotel looks like much better. Shower - no hot water only slightly worm. not nice at all.Beds not comfortable.

There werent enough hot water for shower and the room was cold

Breakfast is excellent, location excellent. The internet works well but you can only login with one device.

Internet. My laptop should not be disconnected from WiFi when I connect my phone...It is annoying when only one device can be connected through the code and password of the room.

Clean, good breakfast, reasonable price

WiFi. Depending on location of room, internet connection can be weak. Moreover, every room apparently has its unique password, which allows connection of only one device at the same time.

I didn't have breakfast because I had somewhere to go, however the lady on reception when she found out immediately offered to make me sandwiches to take with me when I checked out. I also wanted an iron to use and this too was no problem.

How can a women working in the reception of a big hotel , but doesn’t speak English , the night shift women was rude against us ,

There was a long discussion at the reception that the invoice could not be split into two invoices as I booked two separate rooms for myself and my colleagues. I finally agreed that they will give us only one invoice which we cannot use as an expense in our country. Not a very friendly attitude. They say Booking.com does not allow to split invoices or maybe their own system, we could not figure it out... But if this is Booking.com then you should think about making your customers a reasonable invoicing procedure otherwise booking will always be done individually and this means less customers. Some people are not computer or booking.com friendly... Just a thought

Neat new towels and bed linen, the room is also clean with TV and internet.

The staff does not speak even minimal English, there is little choice of breakfast food. But for such a price, it's not a small problem.

Good, central lacation, just a few minutes walk from the station.

All of the fittings in the bathroom were loose. The toilet seat had brown stains on it. Breakfast looked very cheap and nasty, walked straight out as soon as I saw it. Guests were smoking in their rooms. Their smoke was coming in my room. Reception did not care.

Central location

No tea or coffee making facilities in room. No food available during the day.. Carpet has stains. Chairs are dirty and need.throwing away.

The breakfast was amazing! What a selection! Eggs, salads, sausage, cheeses, veggies, sweet pastries. I loved it!

In summer, it's terribly hot, not even opening the windows helps, so staying for one night is fine, but if you stay for a week, it would be good if they put a refrigerator to freeze the water or an air conditioner!!!

The staff are excellent ,the hotel is very clean room was spacious definitely would recommend excellent value for money

Staff are friendly and rooms if basic are clean.

Breakfast ain't great, overall ambiance is of a late soviet period hotel.
