Pros +
- Lobby was nice and parking was easy. Cosmos bakery is a short drive away to conpensate for the terrible breakfast.
- The way it used to be in the past!
- The pool, the room and the surrounding. The gardens and facility
Cons -
- The breakfast was held in a massive room, seemingly to compensate for the poor and sub par quality of food. This was our fourth hotel in Greece on the trip and easily the worst food. Fried eggs were overcooked (how can you mess eggs up), tomatoes and cucumbers were not fresh (worst tomatoes on entire trip). Soggy tiropita, cakes were all stale or pre-bought garbo, coffee came from a 20 year old machine. I can go on and on. Our room smelled like mold and cigarette smoke. It had not been renovated since they opened 30-40 years ago. Mattress was hard as a rock, pillows were basically non existent (was more comfortable not using them).
- When making the booking, I specifically asked for a room with a shower and was told to request this again during check-in. At check-in, however, I was informed that no such rooms were available because the hotel was fully booked. That is exactly why I requested it in advance: so the hotel could pre-allocate the room and give one without a shower to someone who had not made this request. To add insult to injury, instead of the balcony I booked, I was given a room with just a window. This is how they treat loyal, repeating guests who have stayed at the property more than ten times in the past two years—by handing out the worst options, while the good rooms are kept aside for a busload of one-time group travelers who will never return, just to keep a travel agency happy.Friends of mine gave up on this hotel months ago for the very same reasons and now book elsewhere. I still gave it a chance, but after this, they will definitely not see me again.
- The staff could have been more symphatic

The staff could have been more symphatic
The room size and beds were good, and the hotel itself looked nice.
The breakfast looks good at first glance, but they would do well to focus more on quality, instead of quantity.I stayed in seven different hotels across the Peloponnese over seven days, and this was the only one where the food was below average. The staff felt cold rather than unfriendly. In the evening, a strong guy at the front desk was friendly. In the morning, there was no greeting or “have a good day,” neither at the reception desk nor in the breakfast area.
Clean, parking available, good food, nice staff
Location isn't exactly ideal, ypu depend on having a car
The Staff are nice, we have stayed here before. It is convenient but you need a car or cab to the centre.
I would say rooms are a tad small and dated in style, no amenities.
Location, parking
Cleanliness of the room could be better. The hotel could be renovated.

The breakfast was great. The rooms beautiful and clean. The pool is outstanding!!!
The coffee was not good. Can someone please buy American coffee and use American coffee pots to brew coffee. What you call filtered coffee is not our coffee in the states.
Excellent service, very clean, the hotel reception representatives are very polite, very large room, hotel in a central area of the city close to everything, varied, delicious and excellent breakfast!
Clean rooms and location
Breakfast used to be a lot better
The environment, location, and the pool were really good
The cleanliness was really not up to hotel standards. The sanitary facilities in the main corridor of the hotel were really old and did not give a good impression at all.
Despite it was full it was a quiet place for relaxing family holidays close to Nafplio.
Despite the variety of the breakfast it cannot super pass the average. Knowing the area, I was expecting to have a breakfast with local flavor. Instead of serving fresh orange juice from local farms they served vitamin C water. The coffee was also awful. It was funny to hear Italians complaining for the quality of espresso. The coffee machines presented continuously bugs. Instead of serving breakfast outside in the grass they use a closed room, they don't open even the doors. The staff was very kind trying to satisfy all the customers. We have visited another hotel of the same chain in Olympia and we had the best impressions.
Very helpful and committed staff. Very decent breakfast and good pool for an afternoon refresh. Very close by monumental sites
There is not way to walk neither to the sea nor to town. Even not a path to run or walk near the hotel. You need a car or a taxi to go anywhere
Amazing hotel, really clean, with amazing staff. Great breakfast
Beautiful location, nice team, nice and comfortable pool, clean
The shower was very small and a bit rusty (although the room was huge). Breakfast was very basic
I love the hotel facilities, and size of the room, and the location. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. The room was huge and the pool was a plus to relax after a warm day visiting the town, only 5 minutes driving from the town, and great to relax.
Location, quiet, staff, pool
The Room,The pool, quiet, clean.
The breakfast is okay , but can be improved.
Location was quiet and quick taxi ride to city center.
Beds rock hard hair in bathroom smoky first room. Mold or soap scum on telephone in bathroom
