Long Beach Hotel & Resort

The sunrise is exceptional and the staff were very polite and professional.

Unfortunately the resort is unattended. Most of the beach furniture is ancient. The ping pong tables are falling apart from rust. The swimming pool was full of black mold. The bar fridge in the Bangalow had a broken shelf and door, nothing could be stored there, the tiny freezer was full of ice. So sad to see it in such a sad state!

Magnificent Gardens, plenty of excellent and relaxing spaces all over, excellent and immediate service, friendly and polite employees, ? bar ? cocktails and service , good food quality ,secure place for kids , lifeguard well trained.

Kids Swimming pool no filters, need a renovation of electric and pluming in general. New air-conditionings too , central pool WC too dirty .

Nice swimming pool with sufficient beds, nice hotel staff

It is really outdated, only the entrance looked nice. The shower in the bathroom was poor. The beds are not comfortable. Lunch buffet had sufficient options however overall quality was poor. We had bad luck with as a few kids soccer teams were staying in the hotel as well and they kept running, shouting and slamming the doors until midnight and started with the same exercise at 07:00. Hotel staff was not able to put a stop to this. This is for sure not a 4 star hotel. I know that there are always folks that have lots of comments no matter in what kind of luxury hotel they stay, however this is the very first time I have provided this kind of negative feedback because I really feel this is valid feedback.

Breakfast was decent

• No hot water, complained but did not get fixed, other guests had the same issue.• Extremely dated rooms. Look like they haven’t been touched since the ‘70s. No sound insulation, you can hear the person next door sneezing. Water was pooling in the sink. Annoyingly loud mini fridge (not even a bottle of water provided). Joke of a tv. • Awful pool, old style with no overflow.• Smell of humidity or soil in the room (even though on the 4th floor).• Loud French tourists. The hotel is pretty much a 100% French all inclusive resort.• Unwilling to refund the second night of stay so we could move to a different hotel with actual hot water.• Hotel was late or did not reply at all to booking.com messages.

We liked that place has two pools, also small pool, breakfast and dinner were great.

It was a bit expensive to stay at the place and add meals for the family.

Good food, we also had dinner and enjoyed a different choice available from the buffet. Helpful staff.

Bad parking on a grass surface, a huge hotel with one elevator that barely moves, there is no insulation in the rooms, the air conditioner and the refrigerator make noise at an unreasonable level, you cannot sleep on this torture mattress, it feels like you are sleeping on irons, the breakfast was listed as opening at 7.00 and the place was closed , the whole area of ​​the hotel was noisy because of a large group of children who were running amok around the hotel I would not give this hotel even 1 star

The staff was very helpful, they arranged a place to store my SUP board and I could access it at any time. The buffet breakfast was wonderful. There were so many different choices - for any taste and type of diet.

Everything was great

The Hotel is in a beautiful spot directly at the sea. We had a bungalow with our own garden. The guys at the bar are very kind, especially Mikel and the very friendly waiter, which spoke german, too (unfortunately I forgot his name :-( ). The pool was also very clean and big. The nearest village Loggos is very sweet which different restaurants and super markets. You can reach it by foot i n about 10 minutes.

The only thing I didn't like that much was the fact that this hotel is obviously a hotel mainly for french guest, with french animation team. Which is of course not bad itself, but there was no hint about that on the booking site. And also if I go to a hotel in Greece, I would love to hear more greek than french ;-)

the bed was extremely uncomfortable. very thin and hard mattress and very thick and hard pillows.

wonderful beach location with two swimming pools. tenniscourts, and challenging playgrounds. Half an hours drive from Patras' ferry port, two hours from Athens.Exellently supplied breakfast buffet on the beach (weather permitting)

The main building has the charm of a very large social housing condominium. The thin walls make you very much aware of the neighbors breathing noises.

Basic buffet option for dinner.

The food was v expensive and there was no option to pay less for a vegetarian option so I had to pay the full 15 euro and still couldn't eat 95% of the food. We were not given the option of paying for an all inclusive, but we told we could have drinks. Later another staff member told us off for having the drinks. I offered to pay for the drinks but they told us to take the drinks and not take any more! Very unclear.

The staff led activities for kids who don't speak French weren't so great. A bit of drawing, a v sad playground. The pool was taken up for over an hour with v loud music and an aerobics class... not very fun if you don't love terrible blaring music.
