Hampton by Hilton Kalisz

Fantastic breakfast, though not so comfy tables to dine at.

Overpriced for the quality. Noisy evenings with loud music late into the night. Staff at reception have no smile policy.

A fairly new hotel so it is very clean, fresh and well laid out.I like the selection of restaurants around the courtyard attached to the hotel - although if arriving late, the service can be a bit less than welcoming.Rooms are perfectly fine - clean, comfortable and a good size.Breakfast was goodParking is easy.

Not Much..

Very nice complex, chleb and wine was amazing, well equipped gym, good variation for breakfast

No smoking area in the building only outside, inconvenient in this weather

Nice clean rooms. Nice garden and restaurants next to the hotel.

Very good hotel. Breakfast was good and stuff very helpful.Good restaurants inside the hotel.

Very good selection at breakfast and the hotel was ideally located to the city centre, only a short walk. Gym situated on the top floor had very great facilities for a hotel. Very secure car park underneath with plenty of spaces.

If you like being close to everything, this is the hotel for you, with a secure car park in the building. Rooms are large, clean and comfy. A fitnesscentre that is highly recommended. Modern and functional.

Had higher expectations of the breakfast although it was good in its standard. Nothing out of the ordinary.Would recommend that some of the reception staff to smile. A dull feeling across the room when asking questions. Clumsy way of handling the parking ticket. The hotel guest has to do the hard work.Expect smoother handling of the hotel at this price level.

New, clean, plenty of parking space, nice location for our business trip.

Should provide daily bottle mineral water after daily clean, not only at first day of checkin.

Probably the best option in Kalisz. Clean hotel and rooms. Very good breakfast. Friendly staff. The restaurants next to the hotel are very good

Parking price per night quite expensive

Super clean room, perfect breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff, good restaurants nearby.

Room could be bigger for 2 adults plus kid.

The breakfast was excellent, I appreciated the possibility of breakfast outside

We stated that we need to provide parking, but according to the information at the reception, the parking space is shared with another object and cannot be reserved. So we had to park in front of the hotel and of course the company car got scraped. The rooms face either the street or the inner block where there are restaurants belonging to the hotel. Music from restaurants can be heard in the room. At the same time, despite the fact that the air conditioning was turned off, an unpleasant hum could be heard, apparently due to the ventilation.

Beautiful place and style. Comfortable bed and pillows and perfect breakfast

We didn’t have an Wi-Fi during whole stay. There was no window to open- there was only air condition, so during whole stay we have a disgusting smell from bathroom in our room

New facility. Very comfortable and well appointed. The staff were all amazing. The food courtyard was a plus to grab a bite without having to head out.

Enjoyed everything about it.

Breakfast excellentHotel with restaurant complex very goodVery good gym

Nice place, clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast!

The shower drain in the rooms have a desing mistake, the water does not drain enough fast. The soap dispenser is not working well always, propose to check it, not only fill up.

Very central, friendly staff and great value for money.

That the pool was closed

Beautiful building, very nicely renovated.

Staff could be nicer and more welcoming. Breakfast is closed too early during holiday season.

breakfast, gym and close to city center

pool was closed and no information was given. Parking was a bit painful since you had to validate ticket everytime you drove in/out even with prepaid upon arrival. Reception was not friendly and didnt provide much help. Some examples: couldnt tell if spa / massage was open or provide help with schedule time. They ask ud to try and go there and check every day. We asked if it was possible to get an extra bed for our son who wasnt feeling well. Not possible even we wanted to pay for it. They could not promise cleaning of our room even though it was part of our price. The ventilation / aircondition wasnt working and it was very hot in the room + no windows to open. Bed was super hard. No rooms had toiletbrush.

The property benefits from a good location and is very clean. Beds are super comfortable and breakfast is excellent.

All Polish staff were lovely and attentive - however the Ukrainian lady who checked us in seemed to have a problem with working there. She wasn’t very pleasant and it wasn’t a positive experience.

Close to town centre, nice breakfast

Swimming pool close. No information about it.
