    • The location and pool areas as well as the staff were great.
    • We had a great stay! Everything was clean and perfect for relaxing . Food was great and plentiful . Staff was friendly and helpful . Location was beautiful! Epic sunrises . I want to thank and recognize Makram Nechi, the guest relations manager for making my daughter’s bday special . With one day notice and email he secured balloons for me to suprise her and set up a suprise cake to be delivered to our table at the dining room and had champagne and cakes delivered to our room . Thank you, you made her day ! Excellent customer service and genuine care .
    • We stayed at the hotel as a family of four and booked one room. The room was large and spacious, and we were upgraded to a room with a private pool. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and we really enjoyed our stay. The pools were clean and well organized. The staff was wonderful, as was the entertainment team. And there were lots of adorable cats everywhere, which we loved!

    Cons -

    • This should not be a 5 star resort, the food is not good. Our room did not have air conditioning and they waited to tell us they couldn't repair until late at night.
    • The only thing we didn’t like was there was a foul odor of sewage in our room mostly at night . Seemed to be coming from AC vents .
    • There was a good variety of food in the dining room, but unfortunately we didn’t really enjoy the taste

    It was a beautiful hotel.

The staff didn’t really provide us with any information at check-in. When we asked about some of the amenities (field, tennis courts, etc. we were told there was a schedule and they assumed we should have just known about it. The food was horrible, even at the restaurants. The buffet was almost exactly the same for every meal and the quality was low. I wouldn’t be surprised if they put out the leftovers the next day. Nothing seemed fresh.

All inclusive food is great, a lot to choose from, they even have crepe and souvlaki stands in between meals. The Gelato corner is amazing as well. A variety of cocktails . Lots of swimming pools, every day different entertainment programs.

Can't find an empty sunbed. People come first thing in the morning, put their towels on them and go do their business, they just take the sunbed even though they are not using them.Could provide something from mosquitoes in the rooms , they are annoying as hell.

We liked the way resort was organized. Very eco friendly and was very comfortable for family with kids. Definitely will come back again!

the beaches, the food is great,

the fact you must make an appointment and can be done only once at specific restaurants italian/greek/asian. Also the food was not great at the italian neither.

Absolutely loved this hotel. The food was great, so much choice & different foods everyday. Everywhere was clean. The hotel is about 10min walk to Roda village. It’s a very relaxing hotel. But wouldn’t want to go in the height of summer holiday as I’d imagine it would be packed. The staff were friendly.

The wardrobe in the room smelt musty which I could smell on my clothes.

Lovely position, plenty to do and loads of pools dotted around. Great beach front, lots of choice of where to lay with or without kids. Water sports really fun. We stayed in room 936 which was really lovely and big, comfortable and perfect for us as a family of 4. The staff are really friendly, and the food it great, plenty of choice and loads of different places to eat.

Unfortunately it’s not quite upto scratch with the cleaning side. My husband was poorly( rear) for 3 out of 6 days we stayed. My daughter was then poorly ( front) for 2 days. We all ate the same, so the only thing we can out it down to is that the surfaces ect are just not cleaned well. The buffet area I didn’t see being cleaned once when I was there and it’s a help yourself - so if someone with dirty hands touches it then everyone else gets the germs too! It would be nice to see it being actively cleaned in all areas.

    Good facilities and nice pools

Terrible drinks, no Prosecco/cava or drinks service with dinner. Wine was a tap and horrible. Lots of queues for food at dinner this needs to improve. Room didn’t look anything like the room I had booked

The hotel is well-equipped with children's activities with a children's park & pool with slides. If you’re traveling with kids, this is an excellent choice. The beach is a few yards away from the hotel offering stunning views and is 15 15-minute walk to the old city (unsuitable for buggy walks as its a rocky area to walk), A delicious variety of food is offered during the day at 4 different restaurants inside the hotel. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. We would like to send a special thanks to the Guest Relations officer I forgot her name. She assisted us on many occasions during our stay in the hotel and was very helpful and kind. She even made arrangements to find a nanny to accommodate our twins. On the day of our checkout, we forgot our bag and she made arrangements to get it dropped at the Airport with short notice. She is one of the exceptionally helpful staff and is an asset to the Hotel management. Two ladies at the Wonderland were very helpful too as they always supported us in taking care of our kids during the stay at the wonderland. This is a wonderful area for kids to spend their days as the place is fully equipped with all types of interests. The only downfall is the internet as we cannot use it at all. Overall stay is wonderful. Highly recommend!

No proper wifi facility... we didn't get to use the facility.

The staff and their positive attitude all the time

Quality of the beverages - room cleanliness - wasps - uncooked chickens and meats (maybe we were the unlucky ones but my spouse got salmonella from the chicken and kept vomiting 3 days)

The reception, cleaning, main restaurant and water delivery staff are big assets of this place. The room was big, and the beds were comfy. The pillows were higher, which I liked very much, but my girlfriend disliked it. So, it is a matter of preference. The food is nice and especially for lunch and dinner, there is always a big choice. Hot meals for lunch and dinner in the main restaurant are changing daily, so it is not getting boring. During the day, there is also the possibility of grabbing gyros, hot dog, burger, fries or pancake in pool bars. It is impossible to be hungry, as there is always some food between 7:00 and 24:00. Bars offer several soft drinks, but also beer and wine included in all-inclusive. Moreover, local drinks (meaning the cheap versions) and cocktails based on them (pina colada, tequila sunrise, ...) are available between 10:00 and 24:00 and are in all-inclusive.The place is maintained clean. After rain or wind, they immediately clean the leaves, the beach is cleaned from the "sea grass", and sometimes, we needed to protect our used cutlery in the main restaurant, because they would clean tables very quickly :)

The positives definitely outweigh the negatives, but there are some things that deserve criticism. For 5 star hotel, there were too many ants wandering around our room. Also, the hole in the bathroom ceiling all the way through didn't look well. Breakfast is probably the weakest point of meals. I would welcome some choice of nice musli, not just oats or sweet breakfast cereals. The choice of vegetables for breakfast was surprisingly low. And there could be some whole-meal bread. The fruit quality was very poor; some fruits were tasteless, some were fermentish. I would definitely find a fruit provider and not buy the cheapest stuff in the supermarket for a hotel that suppose to have 5 stars. Also, too many cakes are based on the same no-taste plant-based whipped cream. A little bit of topping is not making a new kind of cake. The salty water in pools is probably environmentally-friendly and good to prevent insect problems, but the water is saltier than sea + chlorinated, which makes it feel like ypeit for eyes (not like I would have a first or even second-hand experience with the real stuff, but I imagine it like that). The beach seems to be quite small for the full season. In the middle of September, during moderately sunny day, it was not easy to find the sunbeds. There are parts of the sea in the middle of the narrow beach that are not so nice, as the sea is shallow and with plenty of vegetation. The wider beach or the edges of the narrow one are better. The animation team was a big disappointment. The entertainment, in general, was the worst point of the hotel. The animation team was the most visible during the meals in the restaurant. Evenings were boring as not much was happening. I would expect some use for the theatre that is in hotel, but I saw there only kids' disco once. The staff seemed to do a much better job with kids and maybe adults are just not the target group for the entertainment there...

People say it’s not 5 star but they are not taking into account the amount of services that are on offer. Yes a room in another hotel may have more plush design but the range of activities, food choices from 8am-12am different places to eat and good quality of food for an all inclusive. Several pools entertainment sport access to sea. EtcI often don’t like the large room for buffet with noises smells but you have an outside space that you can sit out in with beautiful sea and Mountain View’s

Our stay was exactly what we wanted and needed and we were very happy.

Really great hotel for the family vacation! The location, the seafront and area of the hotel - is amazing!A lot of things to enjoy. Beautiful views and landscape. The Greek cuisine restaurant - was a great experience! The sea view in the room totally worth it!

The food not really fits the kid.I do not recommend Chinese restaurant.

    7CindeePosted on: 9-8-2024

Liked the all inclusiveness and pool outside the room

Beds were extremely uncomfortable and there were ants in our room. Was not able to get a reservation at the Greek restaurant during our stay.

One good thing was that the location is near the beach.

I don't even know where to begin… We arrived late, checked in, and they gave us the room, but the surprise was that the room wasn't the one we had booked. We went to the reception, and they tried to tell me that this was what I had reserved until I showed them the actual reservation. They said to come back in the morning to speak with someone else. I went back in the morning, and the way we were treated was terrible—they acted like they were giving you something for free and you should be thankful. They were very rude and disrespectful. Eventually, they changed our room. The hotel is not 5-star; many things are broken, the air conditioning is malfunctioning, and water is leaking from it. Even the Spa is not up to the standard of a hotel that claims to be 5-star. I paid for 70 minutes, but they kept me waiting for 20 minutes, and the session didn't even last 60 minutes. The pictures are misleading…

Sea view was particularly outstanding, besides, we could hear the sound of waves at night, so blissful.Food is super fresh at the main restaurant and staff members were friendly even in the busiest times.
