    • Myself and my partner booked a room with a private pool at Ibiscus Hotel to celebrate her birthday. The hotel went above and beyond with regards to the arrangements to make us comfortable and give us an amazing experience/celebration ( a very big thank you to the manager Kostas and the team). Honestly, the staff at the hotel get an 11/10 for their hospitality, attentiveness to the guest, and friendliness. The facilities and roomls are excellent, clean, and very aesthetical, pleasing with many ibusci and other flowers decorating the premises. The attention to detail was very noticeable. The food was very good and we particularly enjoyed the snacks at the pool bar. Honorary mention to the assertion and selection of desserts during every meal. Simply outstanding. Our only regret was that we could only stay for a day. Honestly, a big thank you once more, and we highly recommend Ibiscus Hotel !

    • It's a small resort with a nice private beach. Most of the staff was very polite and friendly.

    Cons -

    • The rooms are not very clean. The food was not as good as expected.
    • Food definitely could have been better. The drinks were what you'd expect from an all-inclusive, though they didn't have a blender, so they couldn't make frozen drinks.
    • Weak wifi.A bit noisy in room (we were located above the restaurant). Balkonies have no privacy, not seperated enough from neighboring rooms.

Next to the beach, helpfull staff, beautiful views, garden and lobby. Quiet surroundings

This is a place for people who value peace and quiet holidays and relaxation rather than vibrant and more lifelike places. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. They were so kind to pick for us a room meters away from the beach and the pool since they knew we had a toddler. The food was great and there were plenty of choices. If you miss a meal, there are always fresh options at the pool bar all the time. The manager at the restaurant made sure that everyone was happy and tended to, and the staff at the taverna made sure you had a 5 star experience. The whole stay, exceeded our expectations.Since we had a toddler we weren't able to experience any of the night entertainment, but it seemed like everyone was loving it.We will definitely come back.

The food was high quality and very tasty. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They spoke several languages. Alcoholic beverages are local, but they are good. Beach is very accessible. The rooms were very clean and beds are comfortable. Entertainment was geared more towards older guests; it's not a resort for partying, more for chilling and relaxing. Overall an excellent resort. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ?????

Juices and coffee can be improved.

Everything, the food, the location and the pool and beach. The staff are very friendly and the service is very efficient

The mosquito bites , but not the hotels fault. There were a lot of wasps and flies on the food. Could have food covered better

We were a bit optimistic because of the bad reviews but think there are a lot of negative people in the world.Ignore them,,we had an amazing time here ,,the staff are all really friendly,,the drinks on offer are far better than normal all inclusives with huge array of cocktails and other choices .The hotel offers a free bus to Roda on the hour until 11pm and the all inclusive drinks are free until midnight. There were so many moaners about the food,, no idea why ,,there is so much choice,, huge array of cheeses and salads ,feta meats veg, breads ,kebabs ,fish ,,pastas ,,Greek salads ,just about everything you could ever want ,,it was always warm and very tasty .we actually really liked the food.

Great location, great view… very easy to go to nearby beaches as long as you have a car

Maybe not ideal for families with older kids

Great staff, allways happy to help, beautiful sandy beach, excellent food. Even the gym was quite nice, a bit small but functional.

Location is amazing. Right by the sea with an incredible view of Albanian mountains. Good service and excelent variety of food. Drinks and cocktails are ok if you are not too demanding in terms of certain spirits. If so, there is extra charge for well known brands. The suite with private pool offers an amazing experience. Lets hope the humidity issue will be fixed so that we can return an experience the suite at full potential. The bar next to the pool and the private beach are certainly a plus. Also the view from restaurant is amazing. The shuttle from hotel to Roda is also a good bonus, having a v polite driver.

Some of the receptionists should try and learn more English so we can better communicate :)

We had a suite with private pool. Beautiful clean spacious room. Room cleaned every day and staff friendly here. Manager Kristie so lovely and sent champagne and fruit to our room for my birthday. What a lovely surprise!! Location fantastic views to die for. Hotel in a quiet tranquil location. Peace bliss ?

To be honest only thing I could think of was that the buffet food should be labelled to point out any allergens etc.

The room we stayed was incredible, we had a private pool with a sea view. The room was clean and shower/bed/suite was amazing. House keeping were lovely as was the bar staff.

The food was awful. All breakfast, lunch and dinner was disgusting. We ate at the restaurant as little as we could. After my husband got an upset stomach on day 2, Roda only minutes away we ate out to avoid the food. The pool bar was okay but for £1000 for 5 nights we were not impressed with spending more having to eat out

Private beach is really nice and the sea really beautifulRooms were newStaff was very friendly, just one accident with the bartender at the pool, who said, in a rude tone, to wait for him to serve the 10 people on the line their drink before giving the towel.

Rooms were not clean (floors in the room often dirty, balcony was never cleaned, mirrors were dirty)WIFI in the room was not working, even after reporting it nothing has been fixed.Food: local food was very good but the rest was of poor quality. The recommendation is to decrease the number of choices and focus on fewer options while increasing qualityGym was very dirty and not well maintained

Good and fast access to a sand beach. Nice internal gym. Hotel personnel in the dining places were friendly and accommodating. Received one hour more for check-out without extra pay. Hotel suite contained a private pool of 4m2 which was refreshing and ok for our toddler. The food is ok, esp. the pastries (we stayed only 2 nights). The common pool was very warm, our kids liked it. Some rooms has a pool shared with 6 rooms, it seemed quiet and calm.

Our suite had enormous amounts of molt and fungus on the exit of the air conditioning system. Never seen this before. It should be treated asap - this creates health risks! The walls of the suite were mega dirty, full of stains, and were not painted in 100 years. The terrace of the suite was dirty, the suite pool was ok but contained very sharp edges. The terrace of our private pool had an umbrella with holes, unusable for shade. The double room we took in addition, had stains of washing on the mirrors, like it was quickly done, for the rest that one was fine for the money. The sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach were in a terrible state, like there has been a war - they were also not cleaned up at the end of the day. We put "do not disturb" in the morning and still the cleaning person knocked the door continuously in the morning. The corridors where the suites are, are dirty. Note that the hotel is full of Germans - we had a bad encounter with a group of them, they were actually cursing on the back of other guests for no reason; they also leave towels on unused sunbeds. All ok for a 3 star- but not for a 5-star as advertised.
