Staff were nice and helpful and food was good although not much variety.

No entertainment and strong sewage smell in bathroom. Water for showering is salt or chlorinated which takes a bit of getting used to, very very remote location

Worst Experience of My Life – Do NOT Stay Here!I’ve traveled all over Asia and Africa, and I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life. Laguna Holiday Resort is the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We got food poisoning, and the hotel should be shut down immediately. Hygiene inspectors need to be called in because it’s disgraceful. More than 20 people, including us, were violently ill at the same time with vomiting and diarrhea—yes, even those who had just arrived that day! The hotel's ridiculous response? "Oh, it’s just a virus." What a load of nonsense!We were nervous about coming here because of the bad reviews, but we thought, "Maybe those people are exaggerating." Well, guess what? They weren't! It was the biggest mistake of our lives, and it completely ruined our holiday. We’ve been to Corfu seven times and have NEVER had an experience like this with other hotels.On the first night, we could hear people in nearby rooms vomiting. It was like a sickening chorus throughout the night. The next morning, we spoke to other guests who confirmed that they, too, had food poisoning, especially those who had eaten gyros. By the time we made it to the reception after a day of hell, the hotel quickly denied responsibility, saying their “doctor” (who never even examined anyone) decided it wasn’t food poisoning. Yeah right, no virus on Earth infects everyone at the same time (4-6 hours after eating.)...and disappears within 24-36 hours! It was 100% the food.Nearly everyone in the hotel was sick by the second day of our stay. And believe me, this place is NOT a 4-star hotel—it barely makes it to 2 stars.This place is a health hazard. If you care about your health, avoid Laguna Holiday Resort at all costs! I wouldn’t wish this experience on my worst enemy. You've been warned—DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID!

The rooms were spacious and the reception staff were nice.It’s close to the beach

The food was horrible. The bread was take at breakfast. The quality of food was terrible. I cannot say I ate one good thing at the hotel. The snacks that they had at the bar were terrible. The reception staff were friendly but the the staff serving food were not friendly at all. They upgraded my room as them said that my room had flooded and moved me to a different hotel. This was fine but when I came back I though my room would be ready but I spent 2/3 hours waiting for it were I could have been exploring. The rooms were not sound proof at all. I could hear the outdoor bar music from my room and the guy next door snoring.

Location was very scenic. Quiet. Pool area very pretty.

Food choice very limited. Never hot. Very repetitive. Catered for Polish and East European. If you're British, you will be disappointed.

Nice location, near sandy beach, but definitely not a 4* hotel. The staff and the manager were very nice and tried to do their best to make our stay pleasent.

Definitely not a 4* hotel. The food was poor, a strange smell in the restaurant. The beverages also had a strange taste, we couldn’t drink juices or water. The coffee also not good. I stayed on the second floor and there was no water pressure or hot water in the evening.

Hotel was modern and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful.Beautiful sandy beach close by at St Spyridon with a fabulous restaurant serving amazing food and the wonderful friendly staff.

Food was very poor. Lacked variety. Very bland.The taxi situation was a nightmare!! Myself and 12 year old daughter found it extremely difficult to get taxis to and from the hotel, waiting hours at times. We were almost stranded in Acharavi one evening, were told by several taxi companies that there would be no taxis for the rest of the night as all at the airport. Luckily we managed to wave one down several hours later otherwise I don’t know what we would have done as we could not have walked the dark road with no footpath back to the hotel.

Hygiene was a big NO, the hotel smelled like urine, there was ants everywhere, bed, bathroom, towels etcStaff where rude. Got kicked out of my room before my check-out and all my belongings were thrown in the bin, this happened while I was at breakfast at 9am ( checkout was 11am), staff where very unprofessional including the general manager very rude and unprofessional, I’ve truly never come across anything like it. Food was bland nothing special, food from DAYS before would be put out, was very uncomfortable around the hotel as there would be looks and comments by staff especially if you were alone, the gym is falling apart very dangerous, overall I wouldn’t recommend it save your money.

We couldn’t tell you as we arrived at 3am and were told the hotel was over booked and sent us to a sister hotel. I was on my own in a hire care with three teens. Needless to say it was not ideal to have to drive another 45 mins at 3am

I was not informed earlier that I would be in a different hotel! This would have saved a lot of drive time

Great hotel, very nice and competent staff, amazing food, cool bar, entertainment for kids, clean and comfortable room, great beach 5 minutes away. Thank you very much, Laguna!

Booking indicates that the hotel is in Corfu town but it’s about 30 km from there. The food is boring and after 2 days u can’t stand it anymore… Near the hotel there’s nothing… u definitely have to rent a car

Friendly staff

Rooms were basic and not cleaned thoroughly before arrival , the pool ran out of options and drinks were disgusting, food was also inedible. Location is far out, need a car.

The location was very good if you’re trying avoid mass of tourist ! Definitely beautiful and calm beaches in walking distance <3

Great Location, clean and modern, friendly and very helpful staff.

The place was very quiet and relaxing. The staff where friendly and the food was good. The pool was nice. The rooms were a good size. The whole place seemed bright and airy.

There were quite a few things that were broken and had not been repaired. Our toilet seat was broken and still not repaired 3 days after it was reported. No soap in the toilets one day, broken showers. Dirty linen. The flooring around the pool was very slippery when wet.

The food was limited, we do not eat pork, but the hotel was able to accommodate us when we asked for alternatives.

Location was nice and quiet, the staff is very warm and welcoming, special mention to Andrea and Paris at the reception, Roberto the director of the hotel and Thomas who is the hotel manager. They all took very good care of us. Me and my wife came to celebrate our wedding anniverssary and we received a cake with 4 candles on top as as well as 2 cocktails. I also want to talk about the food, me and my wife absolutely felt in love with the vegetables which were amazing. Istrongly recommand this hotel and we are planning on coming back again.

Great brand new hotel but surprisingly they have having running perfectly. Best Buffet ever hands down!! Beautiful Pool with self serve wine and beer and coffee.And it is only a couple minute walk to a nice beach and store. The Manager actually had one of the employees give me a ride to my next accommodation because I had missed the bus. My only regret was not having stayed longer. I can strongly recommend The Laguna Holiday Resort to everyone! Great Place!!
