We were very happy: good breakfast, very clean and nice rooms, friendly hotel staff, beautiful and calm sourroundings, parking spaces on the hotel grounds.If we get back to Szczecinek, we will definitely stay at this nice hotel again.

Only one little minus point: In one of our four rooms, the bathroom door was out of glass so you could see through. (The bathroom doors in the other three rooms were good.)

Beautiful scenery.

Lock to our room was broken. Informed staff who said that they knew about and a service call was made.

Lovely hotel, located just beside the lake. The reception staff were very helpful and welcoming.

No air-conditioning in the room. Due to the time of the year, room felt more like sauna.

The location and the view during breakfast - overlooking the lake - this was great. The staff had waited for me in spite of the late arrival and was very friendly.

There was no fridge in the room and the breakfast was a bit on the colder side, however still tasty.

Friendly hotel personel earlies and late shifts from 6 through to 10 pm.Next door ist Black Rock Irish Pub with a great summer atmosphere. Excellent menue.

- Bumpy and uneven matress - Shower door leaks to bathroom and room due to lack of seal- When trying to iron the room electrics turned off.- No English TV channels - Not a very appealing breakfast, lacks variety.

Breakfast was really good, but was overcrowded at 8 am, so i think it was to small

Still one of the best options in Szczecinek

Breakfast was ok. It was not possible to adjust the heating in the room. The radiator was hot, and it was not possible to reduce the heat, only by opening the window, all day long. Wasting a lot of energy. In my collueage's room it was not possible to heat the room with the normal water radiator, There, the electrical ratiator from the bathroom had to be used.

Nice hotel

I asked for scrambled egg at the breakfast. The lady said no. Then the man sitting at the desk next to me told me, that they got scrambled eggs without asking. 5 min ago. Whatever the reason was, I found it inpolite and unprofessional. In general, the quality of the Breakfast was better before Corona. Potential for improvement.

Very quiet, relaxing place. Very nice, kind and polite staff.

Toilet and shower was not completely clean.

The breakfast was good and I got a beautiful room with the lake view! Covid standards were strictly observed both receptionists were super friendly and spoke fluent English. Dinner was fantastic and I would highly recommended the tomato soup as a starter ??I will definitely be back!

Well I bet there is someone who comes in very early and it can be a bit too loud. If they could ask the person to be a bit more silent when accessing the premises. Thank you
