Hotel Panorama

Location is perfect for us; also the rooms are well-equipped and clean. The breakfast and system for ordering the breakfast are both great. The codes and access to the building work perfectly. No issues at all!

Everything— location, check-in & room access; breakfast; minder, well-equipped rooms.

The space was clean, modern, and well-maintained.

Clean rooms with everything what you might need

We did experience issues with getting into hotel after 22 due to unworking door code. I presume it is mechanical damage to the entrance door on the floor as other quests's code also did not work. Breakfast ...has not changed since hotel opening after all this time would be nice even a smallest variation

Great location, yummy breakfasts, clean, giant rooms

Walls are super thin, we heard drunk people from the street or people speaking and sneezing in their rooms

Nice spacious and comfortable room.

Tv on the wall from next door could be heard in our room.

Good size of the room with kitchen anex and tarrass. Abolility to prepare meal is really handy if you decide to stay for longer period as breakfest optiona ( even if always fresh and delivered at doors) are rather limited and have not been changed since hotel opening. Parking just in the front of hotel so it is easy to get in and out.

Smell... from one side heavy and nauseating scente at the common area from some kind of air refresner. From the other the smell of damp in the bathroom /room... Hope that it was only *accident* and any problem that might be behind it will be solved soon.

location, price etc

no reception

Location, price, cleanlyness

Noise at night

Great location in the city centre and the location itself was quiet as well. Staff is superb: friendly, helpful and polite.Place has a washing machine, there is a gym in the building (with additional cost). Units have aircon and heating.Really nice, large terrace with a view connected to each room (I think).Refreshments like water, coffee or tee are provided. Body gel & shampoo are available, rooms have a dryer too.For summer there are even sun-beds available in the room. Rooms have stove (but no microwave) for some basic cooking and all the utensils, there is a fridge too. Comfortable beds with clean sheets. There is a lock box in each room.Outstanding breakfast with door delivery.

The internet may occasionally slow down especially by the end of the day, it also has packet loss which may cause interference and hang/lag during video calls so it can affect work. Most of the time it's ok though (I think it was around 35mb download and 5mb upload).Codes to enter the place may be confusing at first.Occasionally it can get a bit loud due to other guests (families with kids primarily), most of the time it's quiet though.

Very big appartment, clean and nice breakfast. Advice: take your breakfast at the small bakery downstairs.

Beautifully furnished and very spacious flat. The outside of the building does not do it justice. Staff very helpful, downstairs bakery superb!!!

Breakfast was brilliant and a good variety to choose from and it was lovely having breakfast out on the balcony. Great location in the centre and the apartment in general was amazing, feeing like a home from home. Would definitely stay there again.

Comfort, silent environment, flexible personnel, tasty breakfast.

Great hotel with brand new rooms and a very helpful staff. Spacious room with big bathroom and kitchen counter, if one wants to cook their own meals.

Great location, Big clean rooms. Nice balcony and view of the lake. Easy parking infront of the hotel. TV with netflix and Spotify.

Almost nothing. Keypad entry with a long number is kind of annoying.

Helpful staff - they quickly sorted a problem with our assigned room and moved us to another. Great rooms - clean and spacious. Delicious breakfast served in the bakery downstairs.

Always great to come back to Panorama Hotel. Security. Peace of mind and comfortable rooms. Great locations. Free parking and amazing breakfast

The breakfast

The instructions on entering the hotel could have been better. Could not find the room number at first, this should be the first information you see, in bold. Did not find the WiFi password at all.Too much light coming of the street. The blinds were not sufficient.

Location, Parking, Access

- The plugs and light switches are behind the double bed matress which make it very awkward to access.. You will need to pull the mattress away from the wall in order to access light switches and plugs... humm is this a ok with health and safety???- On our last day, we could not enjoy a seated breakfast due to flight-related problems. Consequently, we asked the catering staff about the possibility of having our breakfast packed to take away. The staff's response wasn't rude, but they said it was complicated. The staff also told us that we MUST eat at the canteen... WTF? In the end we had the takeaway. This was unexpected, considering that in this self-check-in hotel, guests typically order their breakfast the night before, and it's left in takeaway boxes outside their rooms.
