Very good location, just a minute walk from the Town's Market SquareA lot of good restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance

I was charged by default for car park, even that I didn't have a car and didn't explicitly request the car park. This issue was reported to hotel management and was resolved by the management via a refund. Nevertheless this was unnecessary trouble.

The decor looks old. I feel like it lacks a bit of modernity in the furniture.

The location was good and breakfast was ok.

The smell of sewage was so strong that it was burning my eyes and chest. When you open the toilet lid the smell was so severely pungent it would make me gag. The button to flush the toilet was caked in blue/green mould.It was impossible to stay in the room, let alone sleep. The pillowcases had an awful stench on them and the bed runner had suspicious white crusty stains all of it. The hotel has no reception or concierge and is essentially a self check in budget hotel. Overpriced for the offering. Much better hotels in the area.

Location was great. Check in was very easy and fast with the machine issuing room cards. Rooms were clean. Building was secure with coded entrance.

There was never anyone at reception. And an hour before check out the staff was hovering in the halls for us to leave. Our room cards even deactivated before check out time. One of the beds was only a double although the room description said it should have a king. And the other 2 rooms with king beds were 2 singles put together that kept sliding apart. One of the rooms didn't have air conditioning.

Everything very confortable, but they dont change the towels, after 2 days I asked to clean the room, they just tuck away the rubbish, and they still not change towels, so i'm using the same towel for 4 days, because I put on the floor one of themPrice ok, room confortable, wifi ok, and Breakfast is well served, with lots of choices and fresh sausages scramble eggs, lots of salade and cheese, tomates Lettuce, is missing fresh fruits

Excellent location

No on site staff. Nobody there to greet you, provide information, or deal with issues. Computer “teller” machine issues your room key.

Breakfast was included it was not bad

1. Only paid parking spots 2. Sound isolation is poor (was hearing my neighbours how they was enjoying time together with each other)3. There is a „ no smoking” sign in a room, but I feel that previous guests was smoking in it4. Not clean enough, was lots of dust under the bed.5. Matters was bad, was felling like I am sleeping in a not stretched well hammock, woke up with a backpain

Amazing location very near the Old Town Square

The bed bug on the pillow made it impossible to stay in one of the rooms, but the owner was very apologetic and very quick in finding a good solution. The other room was much better.

Two flights of stairs up with heavy suitcases. Would be fine to be informed about that.Bathroom could need some renovation.

We were charged on additional 100 zl right at the entrance door by a check in machine. There was only two beds and not three, the room was freezing and took hours to get it warm. The bathroom was overflowing. The breakfast buffet seemed that the food was there for ages. I do not recommend this place.

Dissatisfied

They gave me a room in the attic.It was smaller and darker than the one I saw in the photos. Completely different one.

The owner of the hotel was very warm and helpful. Breakfast was really nice, a good variety of dishes (also for children). Location was just perfect. I booked the parking, but didn’t”t need it in the end. There was no problem with cancelling it and getting a refund. Overall I’m extremely pleased with my and my 6yo daughter’s stay at Villa Adriana.

There is no lift, which is not a problem for me, but potentially could be for someone less fit.

Do not work conditioning in 30 c degrees . Administrator didnt came to repair it in all my visiting time or didnt gave me another room. Shower was not stable on column. Tv just few polish chanels. Charge me of parking 3 times more of real price. Which was wrote on parking plate
