Disappointing

The spa and gym had limited time opening hours and could not get access an hour before closing. It has a fee for use them, even for the gym.The carpet and furniture were worn out. The pillows were super flat, basically useless. The breakfast had limited choices and mainly unhealthy.

It was easy to communicate with the hotel staff, the breakfast was good.

Before booking, there was no information anywhere that the SPA was closed.

Good price for the service, good location.

Breakfast choice was a little short, no scrumbled eggs, only boiled.

They had good breakfast, but if you need special breakfasts because of allergis you need to bring your own. They dont make any exceptions there for breakfest.

Out dated and nothing special. Pictures looks nicer than the hotel itself.

The receptionists were very kind and helpful, everything was very vlean. The breakfast was good. I highly recomend it.

The staff were rude and no helpful at all as a foreigner from Canada staying at the hotel for the first time. No eye contact, smile or attempt to communicate with me when asking questions

The pool is listed as one of the facilities but they don't tell you that there is extra charge for it. Very poor ventilation in the rooms. You have a choice of being eaten alive by mosquitoes or suffocating. Food choice at breakfast is poor. They have colored water presented as fruit juices.

room wasn’t very clean, strong smell of cigarettes at the bathroom, water in the swimming pool was super cold

Breakfast not bad as for three stars rating, location a bit rural, but ok...

Too noisy downstairs outside, as there is a place for the restaurant clients, especially weekends and late afternoon. Dirty carpets in the corridor and poor room looking as it needs to be repaired, too small double bed for two, would be ok just for one person.
