The staff was very nice, Dominique, Miriam were very helpful in helping us with the AC problem in the room.We were compensated with a nice small breakfast .

AC was inop, fans were provided.

The cleanliness of the room was terrible. A disgusting toilet, mud and dirt on the carpets, no air conditioning and a room that hadn't been dusted in weeks!The staff weren't interested and said they don't have time to clean the rooms!DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS EXCUSE FOR A HOTEL

The property was perfect and in a calm place. Staff was amazing and very friendly. The room and facilities were clean, surrounding areas just perfect for daily walks or runs. Near the road but I couldn’t listen any noise

The property was not far away from my working place, which was very convenient for me. Otherwise it definitely not 4star hotel.

Too many annoying messages from AI agent, which really is not appreciate it all. Additionally the room at least the one that I was staying in could have a better bed and pillows.

An actual XVIII century chateau, turned into a hotel. Decent breakfast buffet, very friendly Staff. A quiet location on the outskirts of the village.

Heating on the top floors was inefficient. When the temperature dropped below -5 Celsius at night, the room was chilly and the bathroom was really cold (no space heater in the bathroom).

The common areas were absolutely stunning at this hotel - they really put a lot of effort into decorating the common areas and making it warm, cozy, and comfortable.

I wish they would have taken the same effort put into the common areas into the bedrooms. I know it's an old castle but there were spiders, spider webs, not enough amenities for the price, kettle was gross, and the room just felt cold/unwelcoming.

Living in this Castle converted to Hotel was amazing experience. They even had a Knight's room.Very large room and good facilities.

Cheaper option for B'fast would have been great but was not a discomfort

The room, bathtub, staff = amazing service.

Terrible. No bread, eggs took 30 min, eventhough it was mentioned by other guests even before we did. Upon feeding this back there were all kind of input stories.

The outside

Everything. No food, room was very dated and shabby. Bathroom was dirty. It looks lovely from the outside, but it's dreadful inside.

I was extremely disappointed. The rooms were small. Old sock was left behind by previous visitors. No dog bowls in the room even after paying an additional 15 Euro fee. No fridge in the room. Terrible breakfast for the price, all knives at our table were dirty. We were not informed of the e-vehicle charge of 15 Euro prior to our stay, very expensive. 35 Euro for a 6 Euro bottle of wine, totally overpriced. There was a terrible ringing noise in our room all night, sleep was uncomfortable.

It would be nice to have a mini fridge in the bedrooms. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed.

It is a lovely place, with silent and beautiful surroundings: nature and historic place atmosphere, good breakfast and nice personal. We liked our stay here.

It would be great if there is an option for a king/queen size bed, not two single beds that are put together.

it is a beautiful place, the building looks exactly like on the picture, picturesque and cosy. Parking at the hotel, option to charge electric, all great. It is also pretty unique that the rooms are really built into the castle layout. There is a lift even

It is a huge minus that this location doesnt have a restaurant that serves dinner and drinks. There is only breakfast, which seemed overpriced, so i did not take it, dont know how good it is. The room i was in was in the tower, so most of the time i had to bend over not to hit my head. Also lights were either not working properly, or it was not obvious how to switch them on, finally the whole bombarding with the chat and app to checking and checkout - if i wanted efficiency i would not book this hotel, i wanted relaxed and a bit of pampering kind of attitude here.
