Pros +
- Beautiful location, Big Room, Cleanliness
- Free parking, nice public area with lovely Christmas decorations. Modern, new bathroom. Nice view.
- The breakfast was ok and basic. No pancakes.... Hot water for tea and coffee was always just warm not boiling
Cons -
- kitchen closed soon
- Bed was soft which is not so positive for me but for my husband was comfy. So the same with a pillows. Blankets were thin for the winter but you can adjust the room temperature. Booth coffee machine were still in a cleaning procedure after the breakfast began. But the staff came to inform everyone when the machines were ready. Breakfast was average, slightly poor selection.
- Paper cups only in the room, reusable washable cups would be a much better standard for a 4 star? Also there is No milk or mini fridge in room. The soap dispensers need serious muscle pumping to get the soap out and the same soap also acts as the shower wash! there was no shampoo or conditioner. The breakfast tables weren’t set out so you had to chase someone to ask for place setting after already waiting around to be ‘admitted’ in to the restaurant. Basic items ran out many times and you had to look for someone to ask for more. Most items weren’t topped up at all after 10am (closing at 11am) the chef said items out of stock were due to management, not under his control, strange way to run a kitchen?!. Said they wouldn’t reorder simple things such as pancakes? Obvs bought in, not fresh made which is surprising for 4 star. No omelettes ? either! First night bar man was lovely, second night was rude. Perhaps better hotel management needed.

Location and room size. WiFi was also good. Towel rail in shower room was lovely and hot!

Beautiful location with great views from the executive room.Large size and nice bathroom. Parking on site. And the cherry on the cake is the excellent restaurant with friendly and attentive staff.
Room could use a little more light.
People who is working there, view from terrace.
I felt I’m being followed, couldn’t take a shower, felt strict rules, and scared from drunk people
Huge bedroom, the view by the lake and the location.
The location is amazing, on the lake shore, I think it is amazing during summer time. The staff in the restaurant was very nice, with perfect english skills and the atmosphere was very nice.
The hotel looks very old and needs urgent maintenance, floors, walls, etc.The room was very dark, with just bed lights a corner lamp, the carpet was old and difficult to estimte the degree of cleanness. I was shocked by the stains on the bed duvet....
Very close to the lake attractions. Nice room. Nice shower.
The balcony door locks automatically when closing from outside.
View, size of the room, bed.
Cleanliness, spiders, extra pay for parking token.
Very spacious room and the balcony was a huge bonus. Will be back when in Holland.
grumpy staff, dirty room, no flexibility, awful experience, never again

The location in Loosdrecht and the terrace overlooking the lake.Don't be fooled by the hotel selling itself as an Amsterdam location - it's 35 kms from Amsterdam.
We live in Loodrecht and booked 6 rooms for our wedding guests. Everyone had a trivial experience.1) All rooms have soap dispensers in the bathroom, but they are empty. Bring your own soap as they charge 6 euros in the reception for this basic amenity. 2) Three empty toilet rolls where stacked behind the toilet roll holder in one room (room cleaning?)3) Paper cups by the coffee machine - why not two nice coffee cups?4) The towels are the size of a dish clothIn short - you start to question the hygiene of the beds...Once you see it, you cannot unsee it. The hotel is in need of renovation and attention.Early check in costs 15 euros - which gives entry to your room at 13pm instead of 15pm. Even if the room is ready before 13pm - no entry. The restaurant staff have no training and no clue how to respond to complaints. One example - The terrace is dark in the late evening and we asked for any kind of light/candles. They told us to turn on the flashlight on our mobile phone.I don't think the breakfast eggs are from chickens - the microwave does the job.The reception staff do not internally communicate. We tried to coordinate some logistics of the rooms and 3x in a row they agreed but the outcome was different. All kinds of excuses as to why their colleagues did not take note. When requesting to speak with the Manager we were held off until the next morning. The next morning we were informed he did not show up and they did not know when. This hotel reaks of bad management and negligence. It's such a pity as the location and setting is beautiful whith few other hotel options in the area.
The location is perfect as it is directly on the water and within walking distance of restaurants/shops.The room was very large and spacious. We did not try breakfast or meals so cannot comment on them.We had a balcony overlooking the car park and it was nice to sit outside.
Be aware that because of the location on the waterfront, there can be a lot of spiders ;-)
Location. Good breakfast. Bicycle storage. Room size.
Not the same standard of decor and quality compared to a previous stay a couple of years ago. Not quite reaching the four stars grade in my view.
Location is nice, staffs are nice.
Not clean enough.
Large and clean room, breakfast was tasty and had a nice selection. Beautiful view from the breakfast room to the lake. Parking facilities were also useful. Overall a great quality for a good price. Thank you to all the team members for the great service!
It is unfair for me to rate this room as my cousin had asked them to upgrade it from what I booked and paid for. Our room was huge with a very comfortable bed.It is well positioned right on the water and by the bus stop. They have bikes to hire
The only thing that let it down was the private terrace that didn't look as though it had been cleaned for quite awhile.
Good location. The people at the front office are highly engaged. Some people had problems with English. The rooms are clean. The interior seems to be modernized recently. But the doors were not.
bradfast was not good. The scambled egg did not taste like egg. bread was try like it was from yesterday. Coffee tasted like water. Staff did not fill up emty jars, while no one was in romm (so nothing to do)
Nothing at all .
Rooms were dirty. Hotel very noisy, staff not very Welcoming. Also had to pay to park . Value for money 0.It was a last minute choice .Looked good but I got it wrong. Should have slept in the car .
