- No spa services
- It's a small thing, but the blow dryer was mounted inside a drawer and the cord was not long enough to allow adequate drying of hair while standing. Seems like an odd place to install a blow dryer and not convenient for use.
- i left my earphones in the hotel and its been over a month and no one has gotten back to me regarding this. Spoken to several staff who have just passed me from one person to another and no one is responding to my emails. Very dissapointing
