A top class hotel in a wonderful location. The facilities and staff were above reproach; the room was large, comfortable and well appointed. You would go a long way to find anything better.

The hotel is excellent, and the beach is fantastic. The à la carte restaurant (despite boasting Michelin stars) is dramatically below expectations. The food is ordinary, and the service is mediocre.

It is inexcusable that in this day and age, a Leading hotel does not offer the option to connect devices to the TV and still uses outdated televisions in the rooms. Perhaps someone should explain to the management that 'super loud music at the bar' is not a sign of fun, but simply noise. A bit more thought should be given to good taste...

There staff was excellent. Friendly, helpful and efficient. The breakfast buffet is fantastic and offers a huge variety for all tastes. Parking was convenient, the location could not be better.

I was not a big fan of the shower. I found it a bit inconvenient and hard to get in/out. The mattress was conmfortable but definitely on the soft side. I would have wished for a pillow-chocolate at turn-down-service

The location is great, the room was interesting, staff was really nice, overall its an okay hotel and a great destination.

Breakfast is not practical and the staff there was not as good as the hotel staff. The food is too far away and my partner has stomach issues that lasted for whole trip after the breakfast, which was not ideal. The room was too hot and the climate control didnt work properly, also the remote control for TV didnt work and the room had a lot of dust.

Shower the hot water was tough to control

The breakfast was very good. The spa facilities and pool were perfect.

The room we were given, number 310, was very bad, both the access to the room and the room itself, we hit our heads on the beams many times.

Beautiful hotel and location. Wished we could have stayed for longer. We will definitely return in the future.Lovely, friendly and very helpful staff. Hotel is spotlessly clean. Great selection at breakfast. Sad to have left.

Excellent location, facilities, and breakfast.

Staff lacks the personal touch and is not well coordinated. Telefon calls to the hotel (external) and from the room to the reception take a long time to be answered. Inquiries about the luggage had to be made through the Room Service line since the reception was not answering.

Nice place, good location

(Quite a few) Disorganized, incompetent but very friendly staff. Assume they have to hire a lot of seasonal staff.Which is an explanation but not an excuse for a 900.- Euros 1,000.- usd place a day for two in a good (not the best) room

Everything was excellent, bed, breakfast, garage, restaurant. Location is great and staff in the hotel is very kind, professional and helpful.

Last day in the pool there were sort of boards mounted in the pools wall. I cut my feet really hard and deep on the side of this board. The women in the Spa was totally unsympathetic, gave me the tape in that was it. No"Oh, I'm sorry" or something similar. I was really surprised on completely unfriendly attitude comparing t o the I've made a complaint at the reception and nobody react ??

The rooms are very large and the location of the hotel is excellent. Also the bathrooms are very large.
