harry's home Hart bei Graz hotel & apartments

The stuff was super helpful and friendly.

Sewer smell in toilet.Uncomfortable beds.Hard pillows.Loud rooms.Loud AC.

Free parking, good WiFi, welcome bottle of mineral water, cool reception area.

We have booked apartment and standard room, first disappointment: some kind of unpleasant smell in toilet in room; second disappointment: in a bedroom bedsheet was spoiled with some dust on it and bit of head hair, 3d disappointing thing: tv controls in both properties was soooo dusty; 4: at breakfast all sausage products was made only from pork, no chicken or turkey, no beef… so muslim customers or clients are not welcome, as i understood. And one thing, why on booking this property is 4 stars? It’s not at all, 3 stars, maybe

Super kind staff, clean and spacious rooms + very decent parking. Nothing to complain about.

Friendly staff helping me to get taxis and inquiring about places of interest for me

Remoteness from downtown

The staff was super polite and aproachable, we had everything we needed

Bed was too soft

Room size is a highlight. Cheap, all basic amenities and more. Breakfast was fine. Restaurant is a part of the hotel. Grocery store and gas station are nearby.

Our room was dusty, fridge had mold, dirty sofa, along with few dead bugs. Soundproofing was awful. We could hear other guests and others could hear us through thin walls and ventilation. There's no separation between room balconies. Check-in is from 16h but reception works until 15h. Our room was ready earlier so we checked-in at the reception, but if you check in later you need to use a code to unlock the safebox outside to get your room key. Doors outside sometimes won't open when you scan the key card. Don't depend on the bus, if you can, go by car and pay for the parking in Graz.

Lovely bath, quiet, apartament very good for familly

Good value for money. Nice, clean, conveniently located. Good food at the restaurant and breakfast

Spent 3 nights here with my family (we had a standard room). The room was very clean, we had everything we needed. Not that big although and had no kithcen area (it was known in advance). The breakfast was also ok.I can recommend it!

I do not remember anything negative. Maybe the heater (AC) was a bit loud when it was turned on.

Nice, helpful friendly staff. Gluten free breakfast options.

There were some chunks of dust.

The beds were confortabile, the italian restaurant super close.

Need improvement on the breakfast .

Helpful personnel, allowed to check in after 10 p.m.

Zero cosiness in the room, it was dirty, poor breakfast as for such a price

Everything was perfect. Employees are friendly, communicative, nice, and respectful.I would recommend it.

Very good

Airco was shut down during night automatically. Room was in the night very hot.

Staff is very friendlyRoom is clean and comfortablegood isolation

Parking place is small

Everything was fine Its a good place to stay if you're travelling to Croatia ,Italy ..The personel at the reception is very helpful and niceAnd you can travel with your dog as well..

Convinient location for long trips, variety of dishes for breakfast, cozy rooms with all amenities.

Well known standardized hotel chain which provide a convinient appartment to have a basis for city visiting. The kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped, breakfast is available. This place is far from Graz city center but bus station is in front of the hotel or use car. Parking is available free.

Clean, conveniently located, nearby petrol station and supermarket.
