Rooms without a/c what makes your stay horrible special during the summer, management should invest in a/c for the rooms, food options for the breakfast were quiet poor

Exceptional dinner service - the staff was very professional and took great care of us!Breakfast was another highlight as additional items are made to order (like Crepes or Pancakes) and again the service was fantastic!The included Spa area is very nice, we especially enjoyed the little ice fountain for use after Sauna.

Sofa is not good for sleeping. Hotel is not ideal for small kids, becase a lot of quiet areas in the hotel.

Basically, nothing.Some things could be improved: floor carpeting in corridors (carpets are old and somewhat stained). Slippery surfaces in shower and bathtub (Room 301) and also around the swimming pool. Meals less salty (dinner of December 30, 2022). More organic ingredients in general.
we very much enjoyed the food. The buffet in the morning as well as the course menu in the evening were amazing. Much variety and great taste.Further, the spa area of the hotel was surprisingly modern. The pool was huge and the relaxing areas very comfortable.
Overall, the room was adequately clean. Underneath the bed was quite some fluff as well as in the corners on the ceiling.

We got a nice big room with a balkonie. The staff is very helpful and friendly. You have the option to relax in one of the quieter rooms in the spa area, which we really liked. The food was fresh and good, with all the extras you get during the day (tee, water, fresh juice, snacks) Dinner was excellent, especially the 5 course meal we got served. We asked for a vegan option and they just made something for us. It was overall a nice stay! Will definitely visit again!
Nice hotel, nice staff, good food. The wellness is nice but small. The second day we went to Avita wellness instead.
By the time we arrived, all the spa services were fully booked so we couldn't have any massage or other treatment.
The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, the food is prepared fresh every day, great salad bar and a very chill atmosphere. Also the Wellness is very clean and offers everything for an amazing stay.
The only negative is that the rooms don't have aircon, it was quite hot during the night.
