very good location in the center of the City. Good breakfast.

It is old and outdated, beds, TV, air very dark inside.

This is an older property but our room was comfortable and clean. They serve a nice breakfast. It’s a good location close to a number of restaurants. We are traveling by bicycle. The staff was very accommodating in storing our bikes in a locked room.

Excellent location just 3 min from the city main square, everything was near the hotel, nice and helpful staff, very good breakfast with wide food selection.

It would be great if there would be a kettle (coffee machine), fridge and safety locker in the room

Very good location in the centre of the town, friendly staff, good breakfast. Although the room overall wasn't very good, the bathroom was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean.

The room was cramped and dark, the bed was uncomfortable, with a very fatigued mattress, and decor looked as if its glory days were long behind it.

. The absolute only positive thing was the hotel staff

Everyting in the hotel was way below average. Poor maintainance. No sphere. Worn out facilities. Tasteless food. Low quality breakfast. Banana beds. Showerhead falling of the wall. The whole hotels carpets full of discusting stains.

No coffee maker/ kettle in room

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were courteous and helpful. The location was very central. Breakfast was great. I appreciate that they let me store my bike inside.

The hotel was nicely located. Staff was accommodating and helpful.

Bed was large but the mattress not firm enough for our liking. However, this is our preference. The WiFi was very poor and intermittent.I was disappointed with the town. Tired, untidy and without life. Shame as the river front, the park and the Amber Palace were lovely. The High Street is virtually 'dead'.

Great and helpful service, very comfortable place to stay with comfy beds. Central location close to the Old Town but quiet at night.

Restaurant food was good. Interesting building.

Air conditioning in the room was poor. cannot open windows.No tea/coffee facilities in the room.Fancy modern shower just blasted water straight out of the grotty shower door onto the floor.Frequent long periods of no internet.Restaurant service wasn't great. (Dessert brought out while still eating main, which is an issue if its ice cream!)

Great location in the centre, very friendly staff. Comfortable suite suitable for a business travel. Very fancy shower with various SPA modes electronically controlled. Very elegant place.

The WIFI network was very poor, I ended up sharing my mobile phone connection in the end but that worked very well. Also there was an issues with the water temperature for some reason. It was not particularly hot and I could not get it to warm up above luke warm temperatures. That spoiled the fancy shower experience for me a little. The staff tried to help but were not able to in teh end.

The hotel is in the heart of the city centre, an ideal location for anyone who intends to see Wloclawek. Staff are Very friendly, continental breakfast and clean rooms. I will stay again when next visit

No tea Facilities in the room

Being from the USA the breakfast was not what we were accustomed to. We only had breakfast there 1 morning.

Front desk personnel were very helpful.

Shoddy lamps, dark room, cabinets that wouldn’t stay closed, terrible TV/TV reception; overall unappealing unless you want a budget hotel.
