Pałac Bursztynowy

The property is beautiful, great outside gardens, beautiful lobby, etc. I had breakfast twice, it was really good the morning I got there early but not so good the morning I got there late. The hotel was very clean.

I was in the standard double. It was dark and not particularly well appointed. It was difficult to find outlets to charge electronic devices which at this stage of the world is a necessity.

Staff very good, friendly. Good location for us as we were visiting family. Good selection of food for breakfast.

Bed was ok if you like low and soft. Shower was functional if a little dated.

Exceptional breakfast with enormous food selection. Exceptional gardens and outdoor area, exceptional common area. It really looked as a Palace and we feel like being in the Palace. Nice and helpful staff

There is a feeling that there are no doors in the rooms. Because of this, the sound insulation is very poor.If the name is Palace, then the plastic cup in the bathroom is from which palace?I

The grounds were spectacular. The flowers were beautiful. The rooms were large and beautifully presented. The food tasty and breakfast was plentiful.

It’s a beautiful property. We attended a wedding and the wedding was beautiful and the food was excellent.

The rooms are old dark and dreary. The towels are thin. No plugs. The fridge was not cold.

The gardens were very lovely. The view we had from the terrace was Beautiful. Breakfast and dinner were nice.

Bird poop on terrace. Rooms were not sound-proof. That is all I can think about right now.

We loved the building and the gardens. It was outside of city centre, very quite.

Smell coming from the bathroom was really bad.

Easy to find the hotel without GPS. They had a very good restaurant. Breakfast was good

The location, food, bed was really comfortable, staff were super friendly and professional.

Only a little additional note - the lack of a bin in the room and pillows could be more comfortable.

Let us know there was a wedding which was no problem but played music that vibrated the whole room even on the 3rd floor until 2 am full bass! Would of expected they lower the volume at midnight since half the wedding guests had already left - 2 of the bars/ restaurants out of use and could only have a night cap in a dark basement room

Beautiful garden and environment

There were 3 parties at the Palace this Saturday so loud music all night, but we were informed about this before we came to the Hotel but this place is made for wedding party.

Lovely building, especially the grounds. The guest rooms were well furnished and clean. The hotel was also conveniently located and not far from my meeting.

The straps to hold back the curtains in the room were damaged and held by paperclips. The restaurant could have longer opening hours.

Very nice estate and garden, everything Clean and Up to Date.

The hot elements of the breakfast was cold. Noisy plumbing, birds and not the most comfortable of beds meant I didn’t get a single night with good sleep

Place is amazing with its garden, tiny lake. The interior is also very friendly and inviting to sit here and there

It's not very easy to guess, if restaurant would be open for your visit during the day. They have some events, or can be closed due to holidays.

Comfortable and quiet. Well finished room. Helpful staff

I needed to go by myself to bring glasses and bottle opener from the pub. Would be nice to have wine glasses and opener in the room.

The property is very well maintained and has an excellent restaurant.

The rooms were a bit dark, but then again I was traveling in the winter.
