Everything is exxellent from the moment you get there until you leave The stuff is helpful and the room was excellent

The water in the shower was not warm enough but they can fix it

Friendly Stuff, room and the bed comfortable, clean, spacious room

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The dinner and breakfast were delicious. We had a great view of the mountains and lake on the top floor and we used the elevator since we had many bags. There was free parking. The shower was wonderful and the bed very comfortable and super clean! The room was quiet. My only regret is that I didn’t stay longer.

I have to pay for hot water 4euro more eventhought i have paid 400eu for room for 2 day. They dont even have kettle in each room.

The room style is a bit old, could be more modern,

Staff members were great. Breakfast spread was wonderful. Bathroom/shower was spacious and modern. Comfy beds. Big balcony with nice mountain and lake view. Room had everything we needed.

Bathroom mirror above sink much too high. Wife had to to stand on tippy-toes to apply her makeup. Why do hotels do this? This is not the first time this has happened to us.

Location and terace are ok. Staff is very pleasant.

Room not as described. In description they said they have separate bedroom and from pictures you would assume that there are two rooms but it is one suite that has no doors and no separate rooms. Toilette is unpracticaly too big, room is more organized for 2 people, not four as we reserved. Lake view is what you get in the picture below.

Walking distance to nice beaches in the lake, location is great - close to nice hiking areas and other lakes. 2.5 hours from Vienna which is great. The room was spacious and fully accessible (we didn’t need but will fit a wheel chair)

The WiFi never worked, hot water weren’t working well even after we asked for a fix. Both were important to us and the price doesn’t fit those conditions.

The view from the rooms with a terrace i(facing the lake) is beautiful. I'm not sure about the view from other rooms.Breakfast was OK, but the dinning room was beautiful and the atmosphere was relaxed and warmThey have a little playground for kids, which is really nice (we didn't travel with kids, but it caught our eyes)

The rooms are small. The entire hotel feels a bit crammed. It's all about location, though!If you are not a smoker, then your terrace experience might be ruined by others who are. There is no air ventilation in the room except for the door that opens to the terrace.

Great location, wonderful staff, great value. The restaurant had wonderful food too.

I like the location. Traunsee and surroundings are just awesome. Staff was very polite and friendly. Hotel is pet-friendly (18 EUR per pet per night), we traveled with our cat. The bed was quite comfortable. Our room has floor heating - that's cool.

I expected a bit more facilities in the room (like teapot, coffee).

Breakfast was good.

The price is way too high for the room you get, there is no Panorama at all, the hotel is in the suburbs of a small town. The pictures of the room do not represent what you actually get, I know this is pretty common in life but in this case the difference is huge and not in line with the price.

Helpful staff, enough parking

Bed was broken when we came to sleep at night, nobody available. Obviously an old problem of the slattd frame. They fixed it the next day and did not reduce the price. Gave us just a bottle of wine. The orange juice for brekfast was awful, cheap. A shame, because the other food was ok.

Breakfast was great; the staff took extra consideration to set up a table with a high chair and children's napkins for our little kiddos, each day before we arrived.
