Hotel Lidia Spa & Wellness

Nice room, and well equipped. The restaurant is very nice and the food is delicious. I like the location, just 3 mins walk from the beach which provides some nice time even in wintertime. I could get a coffee from the bar as takeaway from the ladies, despite it wasn't breakfast time.

It was weird that for this price there is no kettle, no tea or coffee available in the room. The breakfast starts very late and they managed to arrange pickup of lunchbox only for the 3rd morning.

We didn’t like the beds, there were 2 single beds together and small sofa bed for family of 4 . The sofa bed was too small for 2, very low and uncomfortable.

Location, pool, lobby

The booking was for a 4 star studio, for a total of PLN 2200 for 2 nights. On arrival it turned out the facility has 2 parts, and our studio was in the other one - 3rd floor with no elevator, no air conditioning - the room was too hot to stay in from early morning until late evening. We were also refused to use the "Polski bon turystyczny" despite advising the front desk at check in.

Location, amenities, and hotel grounds were great. Plenty for everyone to do.Beautiful area with various activities and things going on.

We were made to wait for 90 minutes before being able to check-in. Despite arriving at 3 pm as directed by check-in times. It was difficult for me to communicate with the staff as the level of English was poor. Not what I expect from the staff of a 4* hotel. There was no bedspread for my daughter's bed. To get one seemed like a chore for the staff. "I'll check if we have one extra" was the response. For a bed. IN THE ROOM. There was no iron. No kettle, so no baby bottle, tea, or coffee-making facility in the room. Again, requesting the kettle and iron seemed like unwanted extra work. While we did eventually receive both, the power to the room shut off when the iron was plugged in. The maintenance staff informed us we shouldn't be using the iron that was provided by the hotel as it pulls too much power and trips the switch. (I'm laughing on the inside). We did have a lovely waitress the one evening we ate in the hotel. Great manner and good with the little ones.Unfortunately, it doesn't make up for what was a hugely disappointing stay. I would like to point out that my wife is Polish so this isn't just a 'rant' from an angry foreigner. We both felt unwelcome @ Hotel Lidia.

Google maps gave to me a bad location from the Hotel. It is something that should be solved specially for foreigners

Everything, starting from the location to the staff to the room, overall service. Hotel Lidia was the most comfy place I ever stayed during my VELO Baltica ride.
