Avoid at all costs!We experienced the most unpleasant stay at Harry's home Linz for two nights! Two men who were other customers had entered our room after 12am midnight, while I was in the shower, with the key to our room. It turned out the hotel management had given them a master key with access to any room and told them our room was free! Upon checkout, the staff never bothered to offer an apology until I brought up the situation with the receptionists right before leaving. While I understand mistakes can happen, I emailed the hotel to discuss adequate compensation for our unpleasant experience and were told that since "no actual damage occured" they cannot offer us any compensation!I emailed back explaining that this is unacceptable since we were totally frightened for our nights at the hotel and unable to sleep, in fear someone could enter our room anytime. Not to mention, if what is considered "actual damage" occurred, it would have been very serious, especially considering when they walked in I was in the shower. They have now completely ignored my email and refused to take any responsibility!If you are a solo traveller, especially those girls travelling alone, stay safe and avoid this hotel at all costs!

We truly enjoyed our stay at your hotel. The people at reception were really nice and welcoming. The availability of two key cards made entry seamless, and the public transport connectivity was fine. The room was very good, and we especially appreciated the warm and comfortable bathroom.

Stuff we're rude,apartments were missing equipment.walls are thin.

I used to stay at this hotel for several years.This time I arrived early and they told me that the check-in is at 16.00.If I want to check in before they charged 20 Euros.The room was ready to move in anyway and nowadays thats a way to make extra money for hotels.Warning for fellow travellers-don't arrive before 16.00 - or choose a different hotel if you dont like that behavior.

Never knew about the chain, but the rooms are large, the beds are comfortable, and the building has plenty of facilities, including a washer and dryer in case you are on a longer road trip. The location is also well placed, and public transportation is within a short walking distance (tram to the city center) or right in front of the hotel (bus stop). The rooms are quite spacious and offer great value for money. A Kids' entertainment room is also something you don't often find.

The place/room was a bit cringe

Really nice hotel! The rooms are big and clean, beds -comfortable. Personal was very friendly and helpful. Big advantage is the parking. I could only recommend.

Nice rooms with AC. Comfy beds. Even though the hotel is next to a major highway, my room was very quiet.Bus stop in front of the hotel. Walking distance to JKU university.

Quite far from the center, but that is easy to reach by bus and tram.A fridge in the room would be nice.

The shared iron did not warm up enough, and it is broken, spilling water.Keller, broken, spilling water. I asked to replace it, but it was not possible.The room was not that Clean (walls, traces in furniture, and so on)

Quiet and facilitated rest, Great location, good room layout and set up.

There is alot of fluff in the rooms, the AC wasn’t the best, cleaning wasn’t daily and would clean after complaining or requesting.

The stuff members was extremely helpful, kind ! The apartment was very clean Organized, the beds are comfortable ,and for my family was the huge plus the hotel had inside kids playingroom with toys what i didn't saw in any other hotels! The location is perfect easy access to the highway ,walking distance to the Pleschinger lake ,close to the city Center!!! I recommend for everyone ,definitely when my family coming again we choose This excellent Harry's home hotel because you feel like you are home ?

Great breakfast options, friendly staff, the rooms felt modern and comfortable under other circumstances.

We visited in the midst of a heatwave and the rooms were overheated (felt like 28-30C). The air-conditioning didn't work, and the intense heat coming from the fridge was directed right into the room thus amplifying the problem. Also, a lot of dust under the beds.

Great location near the freeway and close to shops and some restaurants. Staff was very nice and helpful. Car charger available in the garage.

Rooms were not as clean as we have expected them to be. It was fine for an overnight stay.

I love the location - close to the nature and Pleschingersee, the accommodation is nice with all necessary equipment.

Everything what we needed for overnight stay. It was clean and comfortable. We also get two rooms with two double beds (one was little bit smaller), even we expect just two single beds and sofabed, which was plus! :). It is not in the city center, but easily reachable. Close to highway.

Location & parking, staff is friendly and tries to be helpful. It was probably a nice hotel couple of years ago, but now requires immediate refresh.

Almost every single piece of furniture and carpets were dirty and stained. Counter in the kitchen was not cleaned after previous guests (sticky surface, probably spilled beverage). Air conditioning was not working properly (room was hot). Bathroom requires urgent renovation, there seems to be mold or something in the showers. Staff was apparently new and had some issues processing paperwork and payment properly - can happen.

The convenient location near the Donau cycle route and the very spacious and comfortable room.

The rooms were promoted as non-smoking, with penalties for violations, yet our room had an ingrained odour of cigarette smoke that would not ho away. The buffet breakfast that was offered was very expensive.

The apartment is modern and comfy, check-in and check-out were quick and smooth, breakfast was superb, and free parking is a huge bonus in Linz.

The apartment was very nice , the personal from there really nice ( reception and clean lady ) and let’s not forget Milo, the sweet and beautiful dog
