It was amazing, Clive and Fabio made our stay phenomenal, they have made us feel like home. The beauty of nature in this hotel is another level. Thermal pools were magnificent.

Staff wasn't very welcoming at lunch, waiters could be better for a 5-star hotel! I would imagine that they can remember which dishes we ordered . My mother received a completely wrong main dish. Waiting time at dinner can be quite long and the dishes are uninspired. If you are not a returning guest, don't expect to get a table with a view....There are very good hotels in the area for half the price and better staff and more inspired dishes.

Its not at all a touristic place!! no one speaks english and the people there are very hostile to outsiders. we were getting many uncomftorable looks for the way we looked ( not 70 years old Austrians \ Germans ). there were no signs in English. no one comunicating to us.
The best hotel we ever stayed! We loved everything: the beauty all around!, the atmosphere,the first class service.,The food was fantastic and the SPA and wellness was very relaxing. The treatments and massages were very professional. We hope to be back next year for a longer stay.
We liked the attentive service, the location the range of facilities and the standard of the accommodation. Although a fairly large hotel it had the more intimate feel of a smaller place.
