Pros +
- Everything. Spa. Fantastic food.
- The property gave us a free room upgrade to a suite, which was amazing; beautiful modern room with a huge deck. the hotel-only spa area was amazing and very peaceful.
- Staff, massages, food, nature around hotels that we had assigned table for whole time.
Cons -
- Staff hardly speaks English.
- everything with the hotel itself was great, I would just say that the public spa next to it is quite a bit more crowded and not nearly as nice. Still, it's nice that you have free access to it.
- Cleaning staff didnt replace shampoo bootles, toilet paper, low numbers of waiters, nude area next to bar.

We found the private hotel spa provided better relaxation ambience compared to the main spa down the hall at Heithermen, which is more crowded and feels like a labyrinth to navigate. The included breakfast and dinner are of very good quality and variety.
Facilities are clean, outdoor area looks great
Room and value didn’t match Photos created wrong expectations Facilities where okay nothing special
Very good swimming pool, and both accessible thermal areas. Rich and tasteful menu. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are equipped very well. There is a beautiful valley before the hotel. There are plenty of walking and cycling routes around the hotel, including small villages, fields, apple orchards, vineyards, and groves.Near the hotel there are some "buschenschanks" where you may taste local wines and bread, sausages and cheese from the farms of this region.
It's very strange situation that dinner doesn't include any drinks - even water or tea. Everything you would like to drink must be ordered for an additrional fee.Another strange situiation is that laundry service exists, but there is no laundry bags nor special form for laundry service in the rooms. And the third - very poor English of most of the staff, even at the reception.
The service is at the highest level, the cuisine is very good and the entire SPA area is definitely of the highest quality. The reception staff is great, especially Helena. All the hotel employees are very welcoming even though they don't speak English.
Very good swimming pool and hoteltherme. Very tasteful meal in the restaraunt.
The staff speaks almost no English. Therefore, if you don't speak German, it is difficult to get the answers to any questions and requests.
Very nice and clean hotel, with big, warm, quiet and comfortable room (we had one suite) and very good breakfast. The dinner was good but not so spectacular like breakfast. The thermal area is ok, but many pools are outside, so we was happy the november weather wasn't rainy. We had a nice weekend in this hotel and we would like to come back again.
All the spa facilities both in the hotel and Therme were great, there was a great selection of food and drinks, staff was very attentive.
The room was quite minimalistic for a 4* hotel, and the bed/ pillows were not super comfy. Despite this, still managed to get a good night sleep.
The spa was excellent, it is connected to the public spa. The wellness lounge was also amazing with large beds. The staff was very kind. The food range is good with many options.
The bed was a bit small for two people.
Wellness was professional, really loved it. There was a big variety of foods at breakfast and dinner to choose from, with lactosefree and milkfree options as well.
The bed in the room was really uncomfortable. When we checked out, they told me to pay the double prize. I asked for a detailed information, and I saw that they charged for an extra night as well. I asked about it, and they were like "oh, okay, minus one night". Guests should pay attention at check out!
Me and my boyfriend got a half-board staying to celebrate both our birthdays and it was amazing. We went with the Thermenlandbus that left us in front of the Therme, which is very convenient. The Hotel was stupendous, the staff was very amiable and friendly, and ready to help with any question. We definitely recommend the Hotel and the Therme. The breakfast and dinner were always delicious.
Probably because of winter, there were not so many beds at the Spa area, both at the Spa Hotel as for the Therme. So be sure to wake up early to save a spot before going to breakfast.
Superb
after the renovation of the hotel wellness, there is no changing room and the possibility to quickly dry swimwear, or a wringer for swimwear, which was once available
The food was amazing - the breakfast menu was very wide and the dinner options were top! Therme itself had a lot of options to relax and enjoy yourself. In general stay was pleasant and relaxing.
The rooms were a bit outdated. The ways from room the therme places were too long and not too good planned.
They have an area for only guests of the hotel which is very nice. Lots of choices of pools and saunas. We loved going for a morning swim in the hotel pool without wearing a bathing suit. We were the only ones there! Very relaxing and peaceful location with beautiful scenery. We also liked that you could use the public spa for the whole day after you checked out of the hotel.
We visited for the thermal baths, and they were very good. Lots of people using them, but with lots of choices of which pools to use. The setting was lovely. The hotel was huge, spread out on the side of a hill, with nice views from some locations. The rooms were adequate. Bathrobes and towels were provided as well as quality personal care items. Breakfast was very good.
The dinner buffet was disappointing. And the restaurant assigns guests a table with a place card for both dinner and breakfast. There are several dining sections. It must be so that guests are spread out, but it didn't create a good impression.
Wonderful spa with lots of places to relax. The staff was very friendly especially Patricia at the front desk who was exceptionally helpful. Very clean everywhere including our room.
The vegetarian dinner choice was very average. The salads were delicious!
An excellent spa and wellness hotel! We came for the second time in six months. Excellent service and staff, spacious and comfortable room, renovated spa complex, very good breakfast and dinner. All the staff provide excellent service and yet we would like to mention Sabina the spa worker and Anita the dining room worker. We had a great time and will come back again at the first opportunity

We had an outstanding stay. The hotel is simply marvelous, with great attention to interior design in common areas. We were offered an upgrade at a very convenient fare and were promptly moved to a better room. After checking in you can already enjoy the thermal baths, but what's great is that also after the check out you can stay the whole day in the public area! Please consider this when booking, it's such an asset.Breakfast and dinner were very tasty and well presented, at dinner, we tried both meat and fish. Welcome drinks and goodbye souvenirs for hosts are a nice touch and overall, the whole staff is friendly and eager to help: - I asked the receptionist for slippers which I hadn't packed and immediately got them- On the first night I called the reception and was provided with additional different pillows for better sleep- Towels and robes can be changed at any time at the public thermal bath reception- We asked for a transfer to the train station and got it free of charge Special mention to the bartender, we tried Negroni and Moscow Mule and they were both remarkable. Also, the resort is 5 min close to a nice local family-managed vinery where you can have lunch at - Weinhof Buschenschank Pieber. Amazing food and wines, great prices. We'll definitely come back!
This is a minor concern, but having a courtesy set would be nice; it is expected in a 4-star hotel, and supermarkets are not really close.
