Very friendly staff, good food (dinner and breakfast are really good, lots of options), the spa area is well maintained and clean, they offer transfer from/ to the train station which I really appreciate.

Actually nothing to discredit the hotel. Had a good experience and would go back.

I love so much about this resort - don’t know where to stay. the kitchen produces unbelievable culinary experiences the staff is very polite - especially dear Evaget the half board - you’ll fall in love with the dinnersalways take a night swimand try the saunas. :)I will definitely visit this place again and recommend it to my friendsI think this place is for adults only - which is something I love

Loving the amazing culinary experience with excellent relaxation at a great location between Vienna and Graz in a calm cozy nice little dorf. And also, of course, the friendly staff

Many small details could be improved upon.... for example, there were often no cups available, no ice in the ice grotto, lots of towels from guests scattered everyone which could be removed from time to time (this prevented us from getting spots in the quiet room)Additionally, we were dissapointed that the hotel wouldn't let us stay past check out and use the facilities -- this costs extra charge. The service generally was OK, friendly, but not more than that. For this price, I would expect more.

The hotel isn’t for children, nor is it for the masses, and it may not appeal to everyone... But for those who resonate with it, they’ll soon realize this is the BEST place to relax in all of Europe! There is absolutely nothing to fault: divine food, cleansing teas and rituals, a unique sense of place, extraordinarily kind staff, a spacious and thoughtfully designed spa, and wonderful energy—all harmonizing into a perfect whole. It’s simply amazing! Here, one day feels like a week of rest elsewhere, with relaxation at every moment. Thank you! Heartfelt compliments to the owners. Bravo! Namaste.

Even with the best will, there is nothing to complain about. Beware addictive! It's gonna be damn hard to talk yourself into going to another hotel. LOL.

very bad service attetidue

i had booked this for re-charging my electric car over night. the charger was availabe but two other diesel-cars were blocking the charger. when i asked - i really need to charge would you tell the owners etc --- reply was: we do not know who it belongs.then i said - ok i will go other hotel - can you pls cancel my booking and return the pre-paid money - i got as answer: sorry the computer is already closed and i am out of duty.two good reasons never come again this Hotel.

location, in close walking distance to some nice ‘Heurigen’??

is a bit used already and would require some renovation to bring it up to high level again, particularly if younger guests are aimed for in future maybe again.

Food was amazing, such a treat! I felt totally pampered as there was a rich variety of food to choose from, and dinner was delicious!! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Spa facilities, outdoor garden, location and treatment ... just perfect!

I like this location due to relaxing mood! I can enjoy in spa area, swiming pools area and also, during enjoying snacks and drinks are available.

I liked everything: friendly staff, ayurveda smell in the entire hotel, breakfasts and especially dinner were excellent, yoga classes, two swimming pools that allow to really swim, clean facility, warm floor in bathroom, comfy bed, ayurveda tea in the room, amount and quality of saunas After my two days of staying in this hotel I felt like after a week of vacations. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this place if you seek for a great relax.

As I didnt book dinner with my total booking, I decided to take dinner separately in the hotel. Unfortunately, there were no prices in the menu and somehow I didnt ask it assuming that price will not be much different from what the hotel includes in the booking, but I was wrong. Total price for the dinner was quite high. However, I have to admit that dinner was so exceptional that it worth it. But for the next time and for everyone who plan to stay in this hotel: book your stay with dinner included. You will save money and enjoy really delicious meals.

Wellness area and fitness center were very good

Breakfast consisted of strange foods (Indian?) Coffee was limited to one cup.

Normally a late check out includes the room too- not in this hotel.The room needs a renovation- it doesn’t match the natural atmosphere the hotel is trying to convey.

Extraordinary breakfast with a very pleasant staff. Excellent, clean rooms (I was given even bigger room than ordered). Beautiful and calm place around the hotel.

Great breakfast, superb spa area and facilities, every single staff member we interacted with was happy and very helpful.

Selection at the salad bar. There was also confusion with our bills, however it all worked out when we checked out and the receptionist was very graceful.

The property was spacious, beautifully decorated and calm. It’s a very restful environment. The food was varied, very refined and of exquisite quality.

Some of the massages, advertised in the spa brochure, unfortunately were no longer available.

Great food, big room, good spa facilities and very friendly personnel.The "Heiltherme" is just around the corner, if you want to have an even bigger choice of thermal bathes and sauna.
