Absolutely amazing reception staff. They were super efficient in meeting literally all my needs and fixing little issues that arose, and also really sweet to talk to. I really did feel like a treasured guest, and this stay definitely made me want to pick this place again for a future visit.

The staff are super amazing. Clean and working elevator. Free coffee/tea anytime.
No electric kettle in the room but there's unlimited access to hot water/ coffee/tea on the ground floor which was ok because our room was near and the elevator was always available.
The front desk ladies were superb. They were the real gems of this hotel.. They were approable, kid-friendly ( I checked in with two kids both under 7), helpful at all times and English-speaking, too.The man in charge on our first was helpful and nice too. Thank you, everyone. We had an amazing 2-night stay here ***The hotel has a clean and working elevator even at off-peak season; The price was ok for this 2-star hotel, off peak. It didn't come with a full breakfast but there are free coffee/tea, cereals selection on the ground floor that you can get anytime.. (Although we didn't eat here, but I got coffee/tea a few times.) The kettle in the room was great coz I had a kid who still drinks milk at night.
I didn't like the spring bed. (Because I like mattresses that are soft yet firm.)
