Excellent choice of foods! Clean and spacious location.

Once I got my freshly squeezed juice in a bottle just pulled out of the box without being washed.

Very nice building. The pool and spa area was very good.

Lunch/dinner was nothing spectacular for a 5 star hotel. Serving water from a water Automat was stupid.

Great breakfast, so much choice and nice coffee.The pool area was wonderful especially the salt pool on the terrace.The cafe and beach bar with deck chairs was fabulous and very nice fries.Friendly, helpful staff.

The bathroom fan wasn't very fast at getting the steam out making the floor very slippery.

Good size and functional but sofa bed uncomfortable metal frame and my son cut his leg with it as mattress wasn’t covering it fully

Low level of English and repeated attractions over my stay.Bit boring for kids re play area as more for under 4 years old in my opinion.I didn’t like kids disco next to smoking area.Also notice where u got things included or u pay for international breakfast staff wasn’t friendly or polite,also when had a complaint to make about rude security service came across very immature reception management and def not on 5* level attitude.Over all place is amazing and got a lot of potential but ppl working there clearly are not passionate and don’t like their job much.there was few super nice ppl working there but not many,so I think a lot of training is required…..

Nice quiet peaceful place.

When it comes to the spa, the service was very pleasant, but apart from that, Mrs. Patrycja at the reception was a very curt person, not friendly at all, her facial expression indicating as if she were there as a punishment. We spent nearly £3k in three days, which is almost 15k PLN, paying upfront for spa treatments, so our final bill upon check-out was supposed to be clear. However, at the moment of departure, Mrs. Patrycja stated that we owed 50 PLN. Expressing my huge dissatisfaction through my facial expressions and approach, I felt like an intruder. It turned out shortly after that we actually didn't owe anything. Of course, I had to personally clarify the situation.The jacuzzi in our room was not working as it should, we couldn't drain the water, which prevented us from fully enjoying the promised luxury included in the price. Of course, we reported this issue, a maintenance person came and temporarily fixed it, as the problem reappeared until the end of our stay. To top it off, in the evening, I received an email from the hotel that I needed to pay 30 PLN for a Coca-Cola and chips that someone consumed from our presidential suite, which cost 10k PLN for 3 days.

The reception was friendly and the kids/toddlers play area on the 3rd floor was great.

It is a 3 star hotel in my opinion, given the experiences I had going to hotels all around the world. 1. We are a family with a 1 year old baby, yet they had us on the 2nd floor i.e. smoking floor. In my opinion, given we have a 1 year old, we should have been given the 3rd floor, right next to the kids/babies play area. Even if it was an upgrade, we would have payed extra for it.2. The facilities at the aqua park were not up to 5 stars standards. The showers didn’t work well. The floors were completely soaked and slippery. The seatings were not considering kids at all, even though they got a special pool for them. The only positive part is that the lifeguards were friendly.3. Spa facility is not up to 5 stars standards. Both my wife and I, booked treatments. During my wife’s treatment, she was not asked any questions related to her procedure. 4. Upon check out nobody cared about about our opinion because they didn’t even ask for it :)

The hotel has a nice spa, with different swimming pools, jacuzzi, and sauna. They offer massages of various types too. We also enjoyed the food of the restaurant. The staff is very kind and the room was clean.

The aqua park of the hotel is fantastic: on lower level there are a couple of large pools, multiple styles saunas and several whirlpools. On the quiet zone second level there is large brine pool with outdoor area. Spa is great as well, it has a saline room and we all got massages. Hotel has two restaurants, one buffet and one a la carte, both outstanding.

Overall, we had a great experience with the Lubicz hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. Our kids loved activities and the swimming pool. High-quality rooms and high-quality service. This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway in Ustka.

Paid parking during weekends can be frustrating (maybe there should be a parking discount for guests that must park on a grass or sidewalks)

Breakfast, huge gym, fantastic pool(s) with salty water, helpful staff.

Booked the room with view , which was non-existing, facing other rooms, Hotel location is far from the beach, in the middle of an ugly part of this little town.Parking is extremally crowded, undersized for the volume of guests.Room service is often owerwhelmed and cant deliver food within reasonable time limit.

Despite the very high up-front price, everything else comes at significant extra costs, even the parking spot for the car. The very bad surprise comes in form of a substantial invoice at check-out.

It's a huge hotel with lots of facilities. You don't need to go anywhere else. The breakfast is fantastic and offers salads, quiches, roulades, cakes, pancakes and even lasagne, chicken skewers and meat stew. I had dinner in the a la carte restaurant which was very good. Communal areas are kept clean including outside. I watched staff cleaning flower pots while having breakfast.Parking is right outside and costs £10 each day.

My room wasn't cleaned well. The bed was unmade, my teacup wasn't washed and tea bags weren't replaced. It's meant to be 5 star so these things should be done properly.Reception tried to overcharge me (double!), despite having my bill in front of them. I refused to pay the amount they put in to the credit card machine and had to ask to see the check out invoice which turned out to be half what they were asking me to pay.The door to the ensuite looked very good, but was extremely heavy to open. I propped it open with my suitcase as it was a nuisance.

The room was quite large and very comfortable for a couple and a nine year old child.

I was expecting a balcony. I was told on arrival that the room did not have a balcony. Furthermore, the windows opened up to a roof area above the swimming pool which afforded no view at all.
