Good breakfast spread, good location, quiet room and ample parking space

The bed was too soft. Rooms are not fitted with air conditioners which can turn a room into a sauna during warm afternoons and nights. Neither the windows are fitted with a mosquito net so one cannot leave the windows open while sleeping.

Location, staff and facilities. Gym and spa very good. The new rooms are lovely.

We had to move because of building noise (not a problem as we went to another lovely room) however the new room was an upgrade that came with a bath and a massive window so you look into bathroom - and those sitting on toilet!! There is a curtain that is see through! There was not a proper shower with this room which meant you had to kneel in bath to shower. Why not just put a screen and a wall mounted shower?

Everything. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Interior design - lush and a bit kitsch in a good way. The cat, Lucjan - awesome! The staff, very helpful and polite, great people, kudos! The location is quite far from the center, surrounded by forest, with a spacious parking space and a five minute walk from the sea shore - perfect.

The only thing worth rethinking is the pool and bar being open only until 21:30. The glass covering all the furniture sure is easy to clean, but not Ideal. Having a bit more soap and shower gel would be great, I'd also expect some toothpaste.

Spa is awesome. Swimming pool is so big, 3 kinds of Saunas, Jacuzzi for 2-3 people. Personnel is so king. There are some sweets near reception free of charge. Great location of the hotel near to beach. You have 2 options regarding parking - either used hotel's or public outside (both paid. public one free of charge during weekends). I really recommend this hotel for couples that looking for great relax with optional spending some time in a beach.

Spa could have been open longer hours

Great location and as described a very short walk to the beach. The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable. The restaurant was wonderful a good choice of food was available and the quality was great. Breakfast was superb!!

the staff was amazing, food and drinks were awesome, most beautiful hotel I’ve stayed in, and the room was very comfortable and appealing to the eye.

I couldn't eat breakfast, it starts at 7:30 and I needed to leave for work on 7:15. The shover had a cloddged drain. The restaurant was open just till 21pm and after that no room service was available. The receptionist on the first day was rude, other workers were nice.

Sauna and steam room don't open until 2pm so you don't get to use them if you have an event or busy schedule

Pretty new facilities, specious rooms, even not bad interior design , surrounded by the forest… actually quite rare to find such a hotel at the Polish seaside… good job! AND PETS FRIENDLY!!! Hotel not for idiots

Parking around the hotel separating windows/ balconies from the super nice forest… just put cars underground…. easy fix and will make huge change to the quality and character of the hotel… positive change

- Breakfast has got lots of option and its delicious.- Staff on reception is kind and helpfull.- Rooms are clean.- Its near to sea.- Entertaining room is nice.

- I dont understand how 4* hotel havent got air conditioner, its a big but big issue. If you would ask to reception they can give you fan but its not helping at all.- Because of lack of AC , we needed to open door while sleeping but door hasnt got fly net so we need to handle also insects/mosquitos etc. FYI opening door isnt helping to cooling down room.PS: IMO parking fee is too high, it should be free for their guesses.
