Hotel Lubicz

I have already reviewed this hotel some years ago and I am delighted to say that it remains as lovely as in the past. Indeed, I noticed one improvement, namely the addition of kettle in the rooms. All the services are excellent, the staff is friendly, breakfast plentiful, the swimming pool clean and inviting. The location is also excellent: a few minutes walk from the train station, near the bus stop for Slupsk and about 10 minutes walk to the beach.

Wonderful staff - the best! All smiling faces, accommodating, friendly, and sincerely tried to make our stay comfortable. Paulina was exceptional with our girls and made them feel special! The facilities are wonderful, good food with a wide variety of options and generous portions, live music on the weekend, and truly family friendly.

It got hot in the room with the afternoon sun, and it was difficult to cool the room for sleeping. I also wish the masseuse would have asked for my comfort during the massage and adjusted pressure accordingly. Otherwise, fantastic stay!

I liked the classic architecture

The rooms are poorly old furnished with no necessary amenities and uncomfortable beds. Too small / tight shower. Nothing that qualifies this hotel for more than 3 stars. Rating it 4 stars is fully misleading. Not worth the money paid.

The swimming pool and spa was excellent.

The communal hallways were dark and the room was a bit dated.

Wonderful hotel. I stayed there several times during my previous visits to Ustka. It is a cozy place with all the amenities one needs. Great swimming pool. Excellent breakfast. For those using public transport the location is perfect with a 2 mins walk to the bus stop for the Slupsk buses.

Wi-fi was rather slow.

Room was noisy near to main road. No air conditioning, and parking tight.

We have booked our rooms with Booking.com. We were given smallest, tiniest rooms however lovely receptionist Blazej kindy upgraded rooms to better size for free. Thanks to this nice gesture our stay was really pleasant. Food is outstanding. Prices at restaurant very reasonable compared to restaurants outside. Good selection of food for breakfest including Proseco?All staff very polite and professional There was one lady at the reception who didn’t quite much the level of servvice offered by others

Nice facility, great pool, good spa. Room was comfortable, wifi worked well.

Room was a little small, even by EU standards. Refrigerator functioned but struggled to keep things cold.

From the check-in with the young gentleman, who was incredibly professional and very helpful... to the amazing sommelier at the bar Marciej, who makes an incredible Espresso Martini... To the massage therapist at the spa. My stay was outstanding! Will definitely be back.

The fact that none of the rooms have air conditioning is a major problem for me personally.

I’ve stayed many times. I didn’t think the breakfast was as good neither was dinner.

Selection. Steak tartare was better 4/5 years ago. You obviously have a new chef.

Disappointed

Rooms were extremely dated, the phone did not work. This resulted in us having to go down to reception at 7 am to get water for the room. No iron or toiletries in the room. Far from the beach unless you like to walk 20 mins, also service very slow. Had to wait 20 minutes at the bar to get served. Overpriced.

The room was spacious, modern and comfortable. Breakfast and food was excellent with a great selection, the spa and swimming pool were also great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the seafront.

Really bad shower - difficult to regulate the temperature and pressure - either way too hot and high pressure or cooler but really low water pressure...

The parking lot needs additional payment which is absurd as for a guest of the hotel.

there is nothing to like when you pay for a 4-star hotel and end up in a 3-star room with indulgence. overpriced, overpriced expensive!
