Peaceful place, close to the beach.

The mosquitoes were annoying. Ask the staff to spray your room when rains. Weak wifi signal.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very good food and service in restaurant. Parking just by the room. Lovely location.

For the price no complaints.

Room in poor state of repair and not very clean. Ants in bathroom. Poor reception - refused to serve us a drink on arrival even though others were being served. Poor breakfast

I really liked the small terrace space in front of the room. Breakfast was good and view to the sea. Staff were helpful and friendly. Only downside was smell of the room.

Location, ambience, helpful staff, good room tho’ not disabled adapted per request, good breakfast.Bar staff kindly provided hot water for a drink in my travel mug.Lovely lighting in room. Great to have private patio with table & chairs outside room.

No kettle or coffee making in room. Only one key available for twin room. Pool looked lovely, but not heated. Suggest some solar heating/power to extend use into off season.No designated disabled parking slots, thankfully plenty space not too far as not peak season. The ‘bump’ up onto hotel entrance & restaurant patio was rather much for lone wheelchair user.

Nothing good about this property

It’s more like a workers dormitory than a beach hotel. Thin walls, you can hear your neighbours vomit in a toilet, cigarette smoke everywhere, non functioning bathroom ventilator, bad smell, light in a room can be switched on only if you reset the fusebox. Owner is angry and arrogant and yells at you if you complain, doesn’t speak english

Price, location, privacy, air conditioning and nice personnel

Bathroom needs renovation, quite dirty. There was a smell in the room and we met a roach inside.

So friendly, clean and helpful staff.

The most enjoyable was the secluded and private pool area. The sangria was exceptionally tasty. We really liked the small terrace.

The air conditioner was very loud ?

Pool was great, bar service was excellent, rooms had a nice private terrace area and a good car park. Location was extremely close to the beach and to several restaurants.

One of our groups rooms had a bath instead of a walk in shower. There were not many vegan options on the restaurant menu and the breakfast buffet.

The facilities were great and the staff very friendly. The pool area was lovely and the food was tasty. Everything was clean and car parking facilities were secure.

The area around the pool was nice but the astroturf had a bad odour in some places. We also noticed that the restaurant attached to the hotel didn't have any opening or closing times advertised anywhere, so a couple of occasions we missed out on lunch.

The hotel location is very convinient for reaching the beach, in a very quite place not far from Valencia. I really appreciate the beds and the room was nice and clean. I had one night dinner at the restaurant of the hotel the food was nice and they had a lot of variety.

Unfortunately the pool was not accessible and this was not comunicated in advace. In the room some extra attention can make them very comfy e.g. more electric plugs close to the bed, a shampoo/soap holder in the shower.

The staff was nice and kind, spoke English but also were pretty patient with me trying my basic Spanish. It's a big+ for me :)The room was spacious and had its own little terrace. There was decent sound isolation. They had an airco (we didn't need to use but I believe that it is indispensable when eventually the temperatures ?️ raise). There's a swimming pool (beginning of May was not yet in season so we could not enjoy a swim. Only available for hanging around) and also a tennis ? court. There's also a chance that I didn't fully discover all that the hotel had to offer.The hotel is situated at the beach area as its name suggests-which was amazing!I didn't eat breakfast but a couple of times I had a coffee which was ?Nice overall vibe!

Firstly, I want to acknowledge that working in the hospitality sector is a challenging task to do, however in my humble traveler's opinion there are basic things that play an important role:#1 : cleanliness. I was a little disappointed to discover that the under beds were not cleaned which I discovered when I looked for a plug to power my night lamp (never succeeded - seems the lamp served only a decorative purpose).I don't know, maybe we were unlucky that day with our room, because the common hotel areas seemed to be really taken care of. Also overall room cleanness could be improved (bathroom).#2 : funny smell. The room had a 'funny' humidity smell upon arrival. I was a little concerned about the mold to be honest. It's a suggestion to something to be looked at.#3 : I personally don't like complaining about the things (#1 , #2), but these are crucial aspects that had to be addressed to the staff. So when you finally go through this uncomfortable process, you really hope that it will be taken into account... unfortunately the under the beds aspect wasn't addressed and the cleaning lady must have forgotten that this is an area that also needs cleaning ?. For the smell- my guess is the air freshener - which was helpful at least in the short term.
