Pros +
- The landscape all around was amazing! The hotel is in a really cool area situated and very relaxing small village. The room was big and clean as expected and that you don‘t see that much these days.
- Top 3 locations in our book from Tirol
- clean, cozy, very nice staff.
Cons -
- The beverage prices are really too expensive for a *** and the same as in a ***** Resort situated in the next village(in some cases a bit more expensive even). Regarding this the host informed us that the government makes the prices and are all the same in all accomodation classes in Austria or maybe he was reffering to the region. In any case I hardly believe this to be true ☺️?.
- The hotel is definitely due for a refurbishment. The number one thing that ruined our stay was the mattresses. If you can't get a good night sleep because of a poor quality mattress, then your day is not going to start very well. We have a 3 year old daughter, and one of the reasons we chose this hotel was the description- playground and swimming pool. The playground has a very rusty slide with bolts coming out and the rest of the play elements were old and "dusty." The pool was clean, but the ladder was rusty, and 2 screws on the bottom of the ladder were sticking out and you could very easily hurt yourself(our daughter did, but nothing serious, just a graze). The last thing that wasn't enjoyable for us 3 was the food: too salty, way too salty(you can get a beer and you will be fine). But one of the staff was absolutely amazing. We didn't get her name, but she was always nice with us and offered us choices and solutions for the little one to eat. In conclusion, I still think we paid a fair price for what we got. It would be nice to come back and see some improvements. I would rate it 3 out of 5 stars. Again, the location is AMAZING.

clean, cozy, very nice staff.
Everything was perfect for a relaxed and interesting family holiday (with a 3 year old and 1 year old)The family room we booked was way better than in pictures. There were actually 2 big rooms connected and 2 bathrooms. The view from the balcony was great. Dinner was delicious! (Even for a picky boy)They have a small playroom next to the restaurant, and an outdoor play area.I don't know how we missed the fact that the Innsbruck welcome card was included. So it was a pleasant surprise when they handed it to us. We went from 10 to 16 October. The weather was good (around 12 degrees C). We had plenty of snow (at higher altitude) and nice weather in the surrounding. Highly recommend!
Great location which was super quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Perfect getaway with lovely nature on the doorstep to explore. Unbelievable views from the balcony and amazing staff.
The location and facilities at the hotel. Food was excellent
nothing all was good
Great place to stay, very friendly people.
Everything one needs at an affordable rate; clean
The place made the impression that the owners are either saving for a renovation, gave up on it, or don’t notice the necessity/opportunity for improvement - not sure what’s the case
Exceptional
