Our family had an amazing 5-night stay at Hotel Active! Everything was superb—from the spacious and comfortable rooms to the spotless daily cleaning. The kids loved the pool, and the sauna was perfect for relaxation. The hotel provided a great atmosphere for families, making our stay truly enjoyable.

The only things we didn’t like about the hotel were the limited breakfast options and the fact that bathrobes had to be paid for separately (5€ each). However, considering it’s a 3-star hotel, it’s still a good stay overall.

Lovey swimming pool and gym. Other activities also available. Good value for money, high quality restaurant. Motorbike parking felt safe.

The hotel is huge and very nice. The rooms were big and spacious and had a view on the mountains. Breakfast was also good.

The swimming pool is not really deep but good to have fun with family and kids. Even during reception working time there was hardly anyone there, had to keep waiting and calling a couple of times.

Check-in was quick. Room is very spacious. Dinner is very cheap and good. We spend an hour in the wellness downstairs. We were al by ourselfs. I can suggest you try and use the wellness because it is very relaxing after a long day of driving.We had a little nice terrace in our room, but the window was very dirty.Breakfast was basic but good.

Our room was not closed and some wet dirty towels where on the sofa and the bed. We tried to find someone at the front desk, but every time we passed over there the front desk was empty. We have told it at check-out, but the covers of the bed were also wet from the towels. Shower can use some pressure.We had 2 glasses and a carafe in the room but no water. I don't understand why you put these items in the room but don't provide water. You can hear a lot of noises from the other rooms in your own room.

We stayed here for one night on our way back from Italy to Germany. It was great, there is parking space, elevator and late check in is upon request possible. Restaurant works until 19:30 but we made it on time and it was delicious! Breakfast was excellent, warm food was there, coffee machine and a big choice of cold cuts, cheese and fruits.Room was great for the money, bathroom was clean, bed was comfortable. We always take our own pillows so I don't know if their pillows are comfortable. Room was warm, with a terrace, with a great view. For one night we couldn't have asked for more!

easy to get to arrived early receptionist was ver welcoming and said if we waited 30 mins are room be ready, so we are at the restaurant. the food was nice and the rooms were huge amazing. loved the pool area kids loved and wellness area very good. kids loved the playroom too

The beds were very comfortable, sheets were fresh. Room was clean and spacious. Balcony had a wonderful view towards mountains. We LOVED the breakfast buffet, it was wonderful

Pet fee is higher than the average.

Everything was superb. Excellent hosts, kind, with a very good energy. Comfort, cleanliness, good breakfast, excellent value for money. We will definitely be back!

Clean, good food and nice staff

The pool and spa was very nice and easy to use. The staff was extremely friendly. The massage therapist was great.

Everything was good. The only problem is that there is no minibar or water heater to make coffee or tea in the room.
