They put us in Room 112, only to have us discover that the electronic lock wasn’t working. The desk clerk was able to open it with a key, but couldn’t give us a key. She had told us that they were completely booked, but after discovering our lock not working, she “found” an empty room, although it had separate beds. We took the room, as we’d been traveling all day and just wanted to rest. Next, we found the TV remote not working and had to go to the front desk to swap it out. When I asked for a refund or complimentary breakfast for all the hassles and lower category room, she told me to contact Booking.com, which is almost impossible to get a response from. The owner collects very eclectic art that is displayed throughout the hotel. I think he should put more money into his hotel, as the furniture was circa 1960’s or 70’s, no A/C, extremely poor WiFi, NO refrigerator, shower head was extremely poor, etc, etc!!He might rethink his selection of art, as some of it could be considered Sacrilegious (see attached pics).

Very clean and comfortable room with a small balcony facing pines and mountain. The breakfast was also nice with egg dishes to order.

The location is quite close to the highway which can be useful if you are stopping here on a road trip, however it's not the friendliest or most scenic location. The room could have used a mini fridge.All in all it was a good place for the night, but not great value for your money.

The views are amazing. The river next to the hotel is a great place to admire nature.Even though the hotel is a bit outdated it's still clean and comfortable.

Hotel very close to the highway, Very clean room, Linen and towels very white and clean,Quiet, despite the proximity to the highway, Very rich and good breakfast, Very welcoming and kind staff, A great warmth in the room, so that at the temperature of minus 4 degrees outside, I slept with the window open

the mattresses were a bit soft, I would have preferred a firm mattressI would also have preferred a stronger coffee

That was our forth stay. Staff friendly and polite as usual. Nice breakfast. Comfortable beds. Hotel is very pet friendly. Perfect location if you need to rest during your journey.

It was extremaly hot in the whole facility and especially in the room - barely to handle. It was not possible to turn off or turn down the heater. Our dogs were hiperventilating half of the night. Last winter there were no such problems.

Perfect for a rest stop between journeys, excellent facility , room , restaurant and check in and out .

Perfect location, very clean room, good breakfast

Breakfast good, beds a little soft for us, had to ask for extra pillows which came immediately. No fridge/mini bar in room no kettle/ coffeemaker. Most places if this price have all these services included.

No tea/coffeemaker/kettle, no minifridge/fridge though supboard space where one was at one time. Had to ask for extra pillows, arrived immediately.

Perfect location, nice and clean room, nice staff

Not bad, but very simple when you compare hotels with the simalar cost. Hotele offers WiFi, so, it is included in the cost. But not workink, not due to defect, but due to saving money. When I asked in reception, thay reccomend me to tel it to the boss. "Funy", they no where is the problem.

Great, convenient stop over. Room clean and quiet.

Hotel is modernized, room was spacious and clean, staff was helpful, breakfast was tasty, noise from the highway did not disturb us because the windows of the room were facing the forest.

We slept in hotel only one night and after breakfast we continued driving to the sea, so I have nothing to complain about.

We chose this hotel for its location on our route from Germany to Italy, the location of the hotel was perfect, don’t be put off by the fact that the hotel is at a service station, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the staff are extremely helpful, amazing artwork around the hotel. We’re glad that we’ve already booked the hotel for our return journey.

There was everything that we needed to sleep well, room was much bigger than we were thinking. And lady at the reception was kind and nice ;)

The views was magnificent, room was clean.

The design of the interior was made by someone with no taste, but the room was clean. No air conditioning and food was terrible.

Location, flexible check-in and check-out, design - loved the style :D
