It was only a very quick stay. We did have one drink from the bar which we had great service from.

This is not the first time when I have stayed in this hotel. I think is the best hotel in Torun, perfect location and close to the town, the hotel has everything you need, the breakfast is delicious and the food in the restaurant is amazing. Highly recommended.

The staff was friendly and the room was warm. The restaurant was good as well. I brought my dog and the best part was the surprise dog treat along with the dog bowls when I first entered the room.

The elevator was slow.

excellent choice at breakfast, nonstop reception

The price of almost €70/night for a single room is quite excessive. There are only two elevators in the building, quite slow and always busy. The fitness is very basic and only works 8-21. If you don't come for breakfast immediately after 7 a.m., later there it's always crowded and there's a line for everything. The hotel restaurant is also overpriced, the food is average, the wine downright disgusting (and 0.15l for almost PLN 30!!). Basically, it is a block of flats converted into a hotel, but apparently a "highlight" by local standards.

Reception people, very accommodating., excellent restaurant. Love being able to park my motorcycle at the front of the hotel.

Sauna and fitness facilities and access not up to par. I didn't like that the hotel would charge for coffee, which usually, at four star hotels is available, for example in the lobby.

Rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with custom-made omelets.

The air conditioning was substandard. We had it at the coldest setting, and the room never got cold enough. There are no outlets near the beds.

Quiet clean dealt quickly with minor issues

This was my second time here. Location was the most important for me and it was perfect.

Good location within walking distance to the city centre even with baby stroller. Very good breakfast, everything you can imagine and even more.

Parking is paid separately, but the parking lot is big enough.

The hotel wasn't expensive compared to uk prices.Clean. Modern. Excellent staff. Good car parking (non chargeable)
