Location. Close to the Old Town, quite close to the train station. Friendly staff.

Breakfast was plentiful but tasteless, with stale milk, vegetables, and fruit. The dishes in the hotel restaurant were a complete disgrace, a complete mess; the chef mixed everything up, with poor results.

The location is great as just few minutes away from old town and yet quiet so you can have a very good quality of sleep

The entire room was really dated plus I struggled to use shower as the switch was difficult to operate.

The Staff was great

The city had a water pipe issue causing the water to turn brown but staff did an excellent job to deal with it. BZ

The location was excellent and it was very easy to find. Hotel is just 10 minutes walk from the old town. Personnel was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb! I recommend this place for sure.

Hotel is located closed to the city center (near a busy intersection)We used the hotel as a stopover on a longer journey. It fully met our needs.Tasty breakfast.

Good value for the money and very close to the city centre. Also the price for the parking was fair. Very good breakfast. Hotel also helped us resolved the problem with booking dates for which we were very grateful. In general still a very good hotel but it needs refurbishment like in some other Mercure or Novotel hotels I've been to many times. Despite issue with AC, we can still recommend it.

Air conditioning didn't work (apparently due to pre-high-season maintenance). This is ok but we should have been informed at the beginning of our stay so we could air the room a bit as it was very hot. Opening windows at night was not an option as hotel is located next to a busy roundabout.

The bathroom had a problem with the washbasin, booked room was changed to another one, my car in the hotel's parking was blocked by a bus, I waited about 30 minutes to solve this problem and I was late for a business meeting

A comfortable big hotel well situated just 5 minutes walk from the old town. Excellent front desk/reception. Decent sized room. Very good breakfast.

Breakfest had the same menu every day. Coffee was week.The bathrooms are old school. The bath has this not stylish courtain to make it a shower. On the floor inline with a door there was something which you could not step on without pain. Rooms were tight

The smell of sewer in the morning was overwhelming. Clearly the hotel has a problem.

The rooms were as I expected and clean and tidy all the time

The Breakfast was poor the machine for orange juice and apple juice was a you don't know what you are going to get as it was not what it said it was. choice was not good 3 out of the 4 there was no availability of bread for toast I would recommend you have breakfast off site
