Perfect location, walking distance to “Old town “Comfortable bad. Big bedroom with a terrace, living room and one and half bathroom. Breakfast was included and huge variety of food. There was a bowl with water waiting for my dog. Love the place and will recommend to everybody

I liked everything

Spacious rooms, breakfast is superb, location is definitely a great plus, very close to the old city. The staff is nice and friendly, restaurant is also fine.

SPA is unpleasant, cold, swimming pool is rather big, but shallow, crowded, too small saunas, water is everywhere. Photos of SPA look better than in reality.

I really love the hotel staff approach, we were let in to check-in earlier (such a nice touch - totally not expected) , got the voucher for wine at the restaurant, very convenient electric car charging spot at the garage. We played bowling, went to the pool & saunas so good facilities; great location just near by center and an AMAZING kitchen - dinner at tree Sault restaurant was fantastic as well as really good breakfast - so very glad of taking the decision to choose this place to stay

Excellent location - an easy walk to old town and public transport. Good facilities, lovely in-house bar and terrace, and the restaurant/bar staff went out of their way to make our stay amazing. Would stay again.

A tiny bit overpriced but I understand this hotel is cheaper if you book with them direct, so this one is on me. My one criticism is most surfaces in my room were quite dusty on arrival which makes me feel like it hadn't been cleaned well in a while. Bathroom etc was otherwise clean and housekeeping attended to make beds and empty bins each day. We did stay in peak season and they appeared to be at capacity with 2 wedding parties, so perhaps this is a factor.

Very nice clean hotel in great location , choice of indoor and outdoor swimming pools , kids loved it ! The location is great , few minutes walk from old town . Highly recommended!

Breakfast ok, good location, there are the pool, good sound isolation from other rooms and corridor. Nice rooms.

Poor window soundproofing, Cleanliness could be improved. The floor in the bathroom near the toilet looks like it was dripped and bottles were standing there. The stains on the floor don't get cleaned after mopping. The shower doesn't have a curtain, so it splashes right up to the toilet.The bed sheets are clean, but the blankets themselves have yellow stains visible through the cracks.

It was a great experience, the pool inside and outside on hot days was amazing. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the river. When there was a full moon, it was so romantic to sit on the balcony and enjoy the cool night. The bar was fully equipped with professional staff, the bartender created a special drink of gin with lavender for us. I highly recommend

That swimming pool had specific hours to be open.

A wonderful hotel in a fantastic location; on the river and right next to the old walled town.The swimming pools, the spa, the bar, and the restaurant were all superb. Our room had a balcony overlooking the river, and the bed was really comfortable.

Only negative was the noise from a wedding reception past midnight on Saturday night

It was okay. Food was actually good so congratulations to the kitchen team. Head barman was courteous and polite. Some of the reception team understood the concept of hospitality.

Poor quality bed linens and pillows. Bathrooms need modernising with better showers. Some staff were excellent but many were indifferent and made no effort to be helpful.

I specifically requested and paid for 3 beds for three older ladies, we got 2 with folding, which is a very uncomfortable bed. I was very disappointed, especially when I asked at the front desk why 2 beds and this small movable portable bed. The conesiour replied, it is for an adult, not a child. Nothing was done to correct this issue.

Reasonable prices for extra's (restaurant, SPA). Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Good response time to requests.

The walk-in shower, which always leaves a wet bathroom floor. The comfort of the bed.

Not very cozy, just mainstream huge hotelTerrible wellness ( saunas) - not comfortable, small, full of kids, not relaxing, people wearing swimsuits inside saunas :-(Very bad restaurant - slow and not tasty ( cold steaks for high price)

Would not stay anywhere else when visiting Torun .Always enjoy our stay , really comfortable bed ,great shower and extensive breakfast with fantastic choice .
