Hotel ETER

The food overall was excellent. The staff was attentive, polite, concerned about our welfare, especially Natalie, and Victoria, and at the reception, Karel (manager) was amazing.

Great location, beautiful modern hotel in a completely renovated old building.

We spent one delightful night at the Hotel Eter, arriving at midday and leaving at midday. We wish our visit could have been a day longer! We would have enjoyed dining at the hotel restaurant which was closed on our day in Torun.

We liked everything about the hotel and about Torun.

Excellent hotel, high class, everything is just perfect. Super clean, great location, professional staff, great breakfast, free sauna and massage chairs, lovely room and super comfort bed. The only minus is the price that they charge for parking. When asked why they charge so much, their answer was: "it is a Unesco world heritage town, we must charge for parking" - quite an irritating answer.

Air conditioning too unintuitive to work and openable window doesn't help as an alternative. Some problems with translation!

I consider this as the best Hotel in Toruń. Small size, extremely friendly staff and the food is out of this world. Enough cannot be said about the variety and quality of the breakfast buffet. I have stayed there three times so far and have never been disappointed.

Cozy butique hotel in close proximity to the old town. Charming, perfect service, nicely furnished rooms. Very good restaurant with decent wine selection.

Receptionists were helpful. Location was good. Room was spacious. Breakfast was decent but could be more varied.

No conditioner or facial tissues or robe. Slightly noisy from street and trollies.

Gluten free bread during breakfast. Very comfortable bed, modern TV set with lots of options like like Chromecast. Staff was very friendly and helpful:

Too many conserve fruits (from a can) during breakfast. Some USB charging ports on the room would have been great.

Small cozy hotel neatly situated literally several steps from the criwded tourist paths of the old town. Big well-equiped rooms, friendly staff, great freshly prepared breakfast.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. However, the room was just over the supply doors and someone was using that exit for a quick cigarette break several times during the evening. Cigarette smoke smell was faint, but clearly distinctive near the window, where the bed was located.
