It wasn't clean. There were spiders. The toilet seat was broken, that's why it wasn't comfortable. The hotel's stairs were dark, there were no lights. The pillow was very big.

Really good and cheep place in the center of Toruń. It’s not a new one - means furniture and overall repair but clean and comfortable. Supermarkets, cafe shop is very close to the hotel.

Poor quality of rooms, there was a hole in my bed linen, staff wasn't particularly friendly. It is clear that this hotel did not had any renovation since many years.
I believe this hostel deserves a much better score. We stayed in a huge, clean room with my family, and the receptionist was very helpful. It has enough parking spaces and the building is well maintained.
Even though the description says they will give you a meal, include toiletries, there is nothing like that. Also, the freezer in the fridge is broken, beds aren't really comfortable, no AC.

The walls looked dirty. Shower cabin was falling apart. The matresses were horrible, springs sticking out. Towels were old and did not feel clean. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
