Very nice stay. Great breakfast , big variety of food.Ms Joanna from the front desk was very nice , and helpful. She explained everything and made our stay pleasant.

Street noise was at times bothersome

Elegant location right in the heart of Toruń, just steps from the market square and close to the Vistula River. Surrounded by all services and attractions. Rooms have a charming retro style, perfect for lovers of antique furniture. Warm welcome with beautifully packed pierniki on the bed. Delicious and abundant breakfast.

No elevator, which can be inconvenient with heavy luggage. Not sure if a con but you pay 50 zł extra for a parking space in front of the hotel (in the street), and spots are limited.

Excelent location. 30 meters from pedestrian zone. All main tourist straction very close. Also the nearest hotel to public transport. Fantastic breakfast. Very clean. Restaurant also.

This place is in an awesome location, just a 5-minute walk from all the major tourist spots, the main square, and restaurants. The staff is super friendly, and check-in and check-out are a breeze. The breakfast is delicious, and the rooms are super clean and comfortable. We’ll definitely be back!

The hotel is nicely located in the old town center, and the building has a historical atmosphere about it. The breakfast offered in the basement of the building is decent, albeit not excellent. The front desk staff tried its best to help with the problems I faced during my stay, but it was evident that the management/ownership of the hotel couldn't care less about their guests having issues.

The place is an accessibility nightmare, with steep and narrow staircases, no elevator or access ramps. Elderly people must have a terrible time getting to their rooms. The room I booked as a "double room" was extremely small, with an uncomfortable bed, and pillows providing absolutely no support. When I complained about the size of the room, I was told that that was their standard "double" and was offered to move to another hotel for double the price per night. Naturally, I refused. Two of the four available outlets in the room did not work, and had to be fixed. The first morning I ended up in the shower with absolutely no shower gel, as the wall dispenser was empty. The only amenities I had received upon check-in were two small bottles of shampoo and two shower caps. There was also a wall dispenser with liquid hand soap by the sink. The window shades provided were way too narrow and too see-through to cover the abundant street light during the night, so sleep was difficult. When I asked to see the manager, I was told no one from the management was available. Finally, the staff, with one exception, seemed unable to communicate in any other language than Polish, which made it very difficult to convey much. All this is, of course, possible, because, like the entire town of Torun, there seems to be an abundance of local tourists, who don't mind the conditions and are happy just to visit. So, the management doesn't care enough to improve conditions as long as they have customers.

The room was in a different building, across the street from reception. It did not have proper windows. The only natural light was from the bathroom ceiling.

A little outdated

Excellent bfst. Cereals, fruits, pastries, breads, cheeses, cold cuts, eggs. Juices etc. Location is perfect. Walking distance to plac Rapacki where buses to and from Torun main station stop. Hotel is near the main square but in a quiet street.

Nothing. Loved the hotel. It was a last minute choice as booking.com messed up our reservation at another hotel. But I am glad we stayed here. It's value for money

The hotel decoration is amazing. 24h front desk. Restaurant available within the hotel. Perfect location. Breakfast wa above expectations.

My room had windows with beautiful view towards the street. However, other guests were in the smoking area near the entrance talking extremely loudly in late hours (I would hear all conversation).

The smell of naftalin in the room was so strong that it was impossible to sleep. Luckily i spent just one night there!

Stylish and atmospheric hotel with charming and cosy rooms, with warm and elegant decor

The shower mixer was attached to the bathtub, which made it very difficult to use for washing hair. This design was inconvenient and limited the functionality of the shower.

Great location, friendly staff, warm, clean room. We hired the apartment so we would have more room to meet with family and it was a great size, plenty of chairs.

Breakfast was very basic, a toaster would have been welcome and there wasn't much room between tables, but it was ok.

The breakfast was really good and varied, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was good. It was nice having the lift handy, and the upstairs terrace was goodOverall, the decor of the hotel was well done.

The room was pretty small but comfortable enough. The TV was nearly all in Polish, and I couldn't get rid of the background voice in the channels that played the films / programmes in original language.

Great location, stylish old building, professional staff, very clean, great shower, tea, kettle, lots of lamps.

The mattress and pillow were quite bad for me (extremely soft and the mattress needs to be changed I think). I had no internet signal on the room (3rd floor). I would also require a room not next to the little courtyard where people can sit and chat (could be noisy on busy season). Yet, for the price is such beautiful town, it's good!

Location is very good. Thou Torun old town is quite small this hotel is close to the market square but lacks any view.The room had plenty of electric sockets. Electronic room key. The bathroom was large nice and very clean.Nice staff. Elevator.

It is not an appealing place. It is old and worn, and the room was extremely dull. Obviously, the room had not been remade for several decades. IT is rated too high on Booking.

Awful noise from street outside the window...went on all night, shouting and bottles smashing. Obviously beyond the control of the hotel but left a day early because of it.
