Great location. Lovely building. Good breakfast.

Parking was 50zł a day in a lot down the street. No fridge. Cold rooms (although adequate blankets)

The location for Camerimage festival was great but the staff was not very helpful.Elevator didn’t work so felt a bit old.

The lady at the reception didn’t smile at all.I had to go down to ask for shampoo because there was no info about numbers to reception. Very complicated information on the papers.

The elevator was not working and the the stuff member was not responsive when we ask for some retribution for the inconvenience. We had one person who just had a knee surgery and not working elevator was a real trouble for her to overcome.

Dated and tired furnishings. No hot water to bathroom sink. Shower difficult to operate. Glasses in bathroom were dirty.

Location is perfect, literally a 3 minute walk to the town square.

No hot water in the washbasin. It took 5 minutes for the water to get warm in the shower. Not much soap available. One day there was no water at all due to some kind of external plumbing issues. Overall disappointed and I don't recommend this hotel. Avoid it at all cost. At the end I moved to a different place.

No instruction how to set a TV which was set for only Italian programs. Some others were encrypted. This was a minor problem however.

The location is perfect. All attractions are very close. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly.

Sometimes it was a bit noisy outside (loudly tourists), but that's because the hotel is located in the old town.

Location was great, north of the city centre (less than 5 min walk) with connections to tram/bus a stones throw away. The downside to this is you can hear/feel the trams sometimes. This may not be a positive for some, but i really enjoyed the retro furniture/decor of the hotel, like an old fm radio built into the bedside draw. The breakfast was satisfactory for price of the hotel, with many hot and cold options, plus a coffee machine as you would expect. All interactions with staff where very positive.

Lack of mirrow or a small fridge

Spacious room which was bright.

Located on a very busy roundabout/road junction/tram terminal, so exceptionally noisy. Unlined curtains so the room got unbearably hot in the afternoon sun. Couldn’t close the windows at night because of the heat built up during the day so once again extremely noisy. Double duvet on king size bed which I suppose didn’t matter because of the heat in the room!

The location was excellent close to the old town.

It was advised by booking.com that parking was available however on arrival we were told there was no parking. We had to park at a parking station.

Noisy location on the junction of several main streets. Ancient TV with few channels. Poor selection and arrangement of power sockets. Rundown bedroom furnishings. Lift access only from the first floor.

I have stayed at Hotel Polonia a few times now. It's a reasonable hotel with a superb location in the heart of Torun. It's comfortable and clean and ideal for a quick stay. Breakfast is good and not too expensive.

The curtains in the room could be thicker to block out more light.

While its prime location provided easy access to local attractions, the overall experience was disappointing. The antique bed creaked loudly with every movement, making sleep difficult. Housekeeping was inconsistent, with some days seeing no room service at all. The lift broke down on the second day and remained out of order for the rest of my stay, which was particularly inconvenient given my room was on the second floor. Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities like coffee maker or even courtesy water. The breakfast offered was basic, further detracting from the experience. Despite the great location, the lack of comfort and reliable services made my stay unsatisfactory.

Great location

The location is great, and it is a typical 3 star hotel. Basic and functional room; found an empty water bottle on the floor when we checked in, told front desk and he said sorry, but nothing else. The room was clean, but this did make me a bit nervous. The breakfast was very good, better than expected.

The location was great! Right in the front of Torun and right beside a cab stop.

I was on the 3rd floor, my wall shared the elevator shaft, you could hear it going up and down all night. I wish they had a key card instead of a physical key. I had the dual twin beds, they were very thin mattresses.
