Such a charming hotel with a lot of character just steps away from the main square. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is friendly.

It is a shame that such properties do not collaborate with Booking well. A known issue of mismatch between the booked room on the picture and the actual room we were accommodated. We specifically booked the attic room of 28m2 with painted ceiling, and were given a different room (the pink one of 19m2 on 3rd floor). Upon speaking with receptionist about it they said that the attic room was booked by others 2 out of 3 days of our stay.

Great location, everything is near, very kind staff (speaks english fluently:), delicious breakfast, comfortable beds. Overall, enjoyed our stay, recommend this!

Great location inside of Old Town across from the cathedral. I had the Large Double Room which was indeed large, Al though not fancy. The breakfast and breakfast room were great. They had bikes that you can rent, which I did. The people at the reception desk were cheerfully helpful.

A box of tissues and a safe would have been nice.

Street noise and lights. Bells rang from adjacent church very early in the morning. Breakfast was just adequate, nothing great.

The elevator was out of order. And our room was on the fourth floor, which meant four flights of stairs. That was really inconvenient and made our stay a lot worse than it would otherwise have been.

Just as described. Excellent food, kind and helpful staff, room was cozy yet spacious. Perfect!

Only negative i could think of is... hmm, it's an older building so it is a little creaky

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were excellent. There is a limited amount of parking available at the hotel (4 spaces) but there is a very good underground car park a short walk away. The hotel is in a great position for exploring the sights of the old town, plus its many cafes and restaurants. Torun is a lovely place to visit.

Property lovely and clean . Outside patio area . Good breakfast with plenty of choice .

Booked a deluxe room which was very large and nice , but the news from the upstairs room was really bad , I wondered what the ear plugs were for !! Shower was a hand held .

NO ENGLISH SPEAKING television in room. ONLY room in hotel not capable of changing language. Reception came upstairs to double check. Booked from USA, would think they would at least have thought about it. Would not move me to a different room and offered NOTHING to compensate. Not even a soda from front desk. So disappointed in everything about this place. Noisy, even late at night. Breakfast mediocre. Furniture was squished into the room. Room door damaged.
